Man this shit slaps so hard!! I remember my twin bro and I played straight through new years one night on this. Brings tears to my eyes. Great memories
Dear SNK can we PLEASE get a total remake of this game. A 2.5 shooter/shoot'em up following this game's plot but with the modern looking Ralf and Clark with these tracks remade! omg I would shit my pants
How about players who move faster than a frozen turd going uphill? I think the graphics can take a backseat to the terrible controls and the cheap way the enemies can kill you with such ease.
@@SuperKlondike64 You thought wrong. I was talking about the arcade version, which is almost as bad as the NES one, but it still has terrible controls and super cheap deaths.

The best version is the original arcade title, but the NES port is pretty good too. Probably the best thing is the co-op game play. There is also a memorable stage where all the enemies look like Player 1 and 2.
It’s a vestige of when it was planned to be a tie-in with First Blood Pt. 2 (a.k.a. just Rambo). The film’s subtitle in Japan was…I remember the “Ikari no”, but not the rest. “Furious Escape”, basically. SNK couldn’t get the rights to Rambo, but they left the title as Ikari/Wrath to maintain the allusion.
My dad was a sick man. He kept a delivery guy in our basement for many years. Tied up and mostly in the dark. I remember though every Friday night ( at least until my dad was arrested) he would go down and play this song while they both had sex.
