Sprite scaling was commonplace in many games for the Neo geo it just remained 2D due to hardware,Riding hero looks and feels terrible compared to Sega’s hang on and it tells in the gameplay.✌️

Neo Geo had only limited sprite scaling abilities and could only technically shrink sprites, not zoom them.

@@ShallRemainUnknown shouldn’t be a problem. The sprites in the bike race never get quite large before cut by the near plane. Also CRT has no horizontal resolution limit. 12 MHz pixel clock would allow some very fine scaling.

Yeah These are being played on Arcade stick Pro,Its rare occasions my AES Console comes out to play 👍🏻
