When Trump did this there was a lot of news of companies hiring a ton of people. In the Trump era, trickle down worked great, and I can get a lot of sources if you want. Democrats believe in taxing large companies more. You get large companies moving factories to China or Mexico when this happens. Biden has raised taxes on corporations and the biggest news because of that was Ford moving the electric vehicle factories to Mexico. Do you think Trump would have let that happen?
