That clip of Congress wasn't really fair. Watch the actual full clip, Moscow Marge was very much the instigator and out of line. Crockett was just asking the chair if calling Marge the 5 B's was allowable.
I'm kind of leaning toward it being Rep. Raskin's fault - because he and MTG have a hx of sparring, so he knows where all Marge's buttons are. He pushed a few. She devolved into a snotty 8th-grader SO FAST! Raskin kept covering his face to keep from being caught laughing. But her insulting Jasmine was rotten.

Yes, you scruffy nerfherder, you, I fully agree! Maybe I'm reading more into his non-verbal signals than is there, but I watched Raskin (I LOVE his pointed subtlety!) tickle a couple subjects they'd jousted over recently. Marge has never learned self-control. After that playground brawl, I hope Raskin had a 'Congressperson 302 class with Crockett on 'How to Get A Stupid, Mean-Spirited Opponent To Show It', followed by the 303 class with Michelle Obama and Liz Warren on how to go HIGH. That Jasmine Crockett has immense potential.
