Agree on the cut outside, been doing that, along with the spray painting of the stuff as well. Next will hunt up an old tent to sort of handle the overspray it makes.

Any old time blacksmith would have killed for an oxy/fuel torch like that! Forge folding it looks great over welding, you're right, and it's easier than trying to use a coal forge or similar for a relatively small job like that.
