i'm french citizen and Snoop is totally right, that's the way of consuming weed here, and there is rarely weed and hash everywhere that explains also because you cannot smoke hash without tobacco especially in Prouvènço (Marsiho, Touloun, Nissa..) we have the direct connection with boats from Morocco and cars from morocco through spain also so we got a lot of hash in my city Touloun there are like 20 hash shops in the ghettos but if you seek weed it's difficult i knew one but police closed it, also if you cultivate and police come to your house for another reason or because they now you sell it or because a neighboorhood called them, you're dead
It comes from the fact you can’t smoke hash joints without tobacco which was basically all we got in Europe for years before actual weed became popular that it’s just stuck
I am from Morocco if you talking about hashish, the tobacco is necessary you can't smoke it alone like marijuana ,hashish has a pâte form , and if you really want to get high take a spoon and melt the hashish using oil and add it to chocolate bar or piece of cake , it will be 5 times more powerful than smoking it !!

It's true man I can easily afford to smoke it raw but I prefer it with a little bit of tobacco even Jamaicans do it and say it makes it better.and obviously if you are smoking a blunt your ratio between tobacco and weed would be quite simaler to your average we use therse just paper with it aswell obviously.
Its an Australian thing too.. often the weed is too sticky to smoke in a joint or a bong so is mixed with Tobacco and once you get in a pattern of that its actually hard to go back to smoking weed on its own
That’s exactly the reason in the Uk too. Skunk weed used to be too wet to smoke by itself. The tobacco was only added to help it burn. After 20 years adding tobacco became part of the process.

The main reason i used to put tobacco in weed (when i was younger, im British btw) wasnt just to stretch it out cos i was a poor 18 year old, but because it helps the joint burn better and it tastes way smoother. Not only that, its just standard practice here. We'll call a joint weed and tobacco and if its just weed its called a blunt
In the South part of America (at least the people I’ve been around), a blunt is weed in a rillo/cigar type wrapper, a joint is weed in a smaller cigarette type wrapper, and a spliff is weed and tobacco in a joint.
And lumpy cheap hash would just go up in flames or go out, 😂 you'd have to toast the cigarette to dry it out enough to prevent the dreaded sidewinder! 😂
One of the main reasons we used tobacco growing up was the fact that we smoked hash and you needed to put tobacco in to keep the joint lighting. We have way more weed these days but back then it was 95% soap bar hash

A British guy came over to my house to smoke once and couldn't fathom that we would just smoke weed without any tobacco. It seems especially weird when you consider the much lower quality of most of their cannabis.
I’m an American and I’ve always smoked weed with tobacco mixed in - I actually mix them in about a 60/40 ratio tobacco to weed, but that changes sometimes. I don’t use cigarettes though, I use high quality Peter Stokkebye rolling tobacco - the “Amsterdam Shag” blend, specifically. I used to use Drum/Samson/Bali Shag back in the day, but now Peter Stokkebye puts out the best stuff in America. I actually roll like 20 spliffs at a time and write the specific strains on the filters, and fill up a pack of them and carry them around throughout the day, smoking them pretty much like cigarettes.

nothing is superior than a cream found in higher altitude like in my country and valley of himalayas the environment here is really cold 8 months and either rainy 2-4 months and chilled 8 months. The quality grown here is even exported to everywhere and its like everyone man woman police smokes because its plant is grown naturally even around police station. And you have to add a roasted tobacco because you cant pull that stuff back easily if its not added...
It’s a Tabacco wrap but it’s not that same as the Tabacco filler. I could smoke 10 blunts back to back and be fine but a quarter of ONE cigarette or cigar would have me, along with many others who don’t smoke nicotine like that, nauseously sick.
In SA they do if the weed isn't dry and it's a pinch of cigarette you just break the tip. It's not about stretching it, it allows it to burn without extinguishing.
I think this may be a total misunderstanding, yes here in Europe if we use Tabaco on Normal Rolling Paper, the thin ones, its almost required to add some Tabaco, since it will burn uneven, you always have to ignite it, and doesnt have the kick when inhaling it, and just makes you the urge to cough after every hit, the Tabaco makes it feel the Hit after inhaling. 😅 But if we use a Blunt, wich is already Tabaco, obviously no one would add more tabaco and just use Weed. And i know Snoop and American in generall i believe mainly use Blunts and we in europe mainly use Thin Rolling Paper.

that's not true, as European I can tell you that 1. We like our hash rolled with tobacco 2. We use tobacco make the weed burn faster, more even,etc 3. European joint has between 0.3g to 1g of weed inside 4. Some use it to boost the weed effects and get a head rush as it's proven to work 5. Some just don't enjoy the taste with tobacco 6. this tobacco culture it came from Jamaica 7. many people in Europe smoke from ,,mini" pipes 8. Good European weed will fff you up 9. Some put tobacco behind the filter/tip to avoid smoking the roach , so some don't put any weed there

I'm from the UK, we used to do this because the skunk didn't burn very well. Mixing the weed with tobacco would make the joint burn even, that's why we did it anyway.
there even some science behind it ...your right ...crystals burn higher temps temperature .... You put it in there raw and it wont burn hot enough to get full THC effect ....What happens is paper will burn faster than weed ....Tobacco brings temperature up consistent that you get consists burning temperature thus THC effect ...
Weed in north America is around £10 a gram in the UK a 2g bag is around £60 and your dealer drys up in couple of days... it's all about making it last.

When I used to work restaurants you would only get a break if you smoked cigs. So I would roll my own cigs and throw weed in them. It was a really nice way to slow down and relax during a 20 hour shift.
Here in Brazil good weed is so expensive and unnacessible that we always mix hash with tobacco, otherwise we would be expending a whole salary on only 15 grams of weed
Its easy for y'all to say but an ounce goes for 250 300 AUD so 150 to 185 USD maybe a bit more in USD and if you get it prescribed from the pharmacy it costs 450 to 850 AUD for 30 grams. Plus it hits better with tobacco.

Nicotine causes vasoconstriction and increases heart rate, it also makes people more alert, less stressed and generally improves mood. Couple that with marijuana and for the 30ish minutes nicotine will be in effect and you'll have a generally better high. I did a mini experiment to see if nicotine and marijuana would be better or without nicotine twice and with nicotine it was much better, although rougher on the throat due to the unfiltered smoke. With Marlboro Red and with Marlboro gold the red was better. Another thing, The point still stands, The USA is just one of few countries where there isn't legal persecution over use of marijuana, which would mean for others who aren't so lucky to live in countries that got with the time that Marijuana is much more expensive and sold in lesser quantities and of lesser quality. I'm not approving or recommending the use of cigarettes or any carcinogenic/harmful substances. Obviously if you can smoke your weed without tobacco, go for it, if you can't well you can't.

I'm from the UK we put the tiniest amount of tobacco like a finger nail length piece majority at the roach end to prevent ur lip from getting tar on (that's nasty) and a little crumble over the weed to help it burnt properly.... it as nothing to do with stretching it out. You can't even taste the tobacco

As a brit who smoked, the head rush will only hit you if you don't smoke tobacco already so we don't really experience that and the reason we smoke with tobacco is it costs too much to be smoking blunts

I first encountered this in Europe. Then I got used to it. Now it’s the only way I roll. Perks: joints burn perfectly even when loaded with hash or rosin. I never have to share. Cons: none. If can smoke a blunt and not have a problem, you can add tobacco to your joints.
You can roll a proper joint with 0.25g weed and some tobacco. Burns smooth, isn't as harsh on your throat as pure weed. Makes you high enough anyway. Without tobacco, it would be a tiny joint that burns away in 5 min and needs to be lighted several times. So the tobacco is there to expand the smoking experience and to not waste weed
If ur weed is dry....there's no need for tobacco....but if it's moist then you have to put lil tobacco otherwise it will keep on going off and you have to keep on liting it up again and again and again...dry tobacco makes it burn easier.
I get bitched at a lot because I hit joints like I do a ciggaret and let it burn up in my lungs. The heat is relaxing. I also smoke a ciggaret directly after smoking flower because it doesn’t make me feel like time slowed down but I still feel the mellow mood.
