We went with LightHouse Tours who have several stalls in town to buy tickets from. This company was recommended to us several times.
We show you where the best spots are, how much it costs and what you are likely to see.

I am taking my wife to cancun and was wondering if the beach was good enough to do it ourselves...looks like I will do a reef tour. Thanks for the information. It was very helpful 🙂

Thanks so much I went last week but the port was closed for several days due to high winds I was so happy to see your video to see what I missed...I was wondering did you see sea turtles and what was the name of the beach bar to swim.out to the underwater cenote?

where is this beach in puerto morelos? whats the landmark?

If you go to the beach from the main square and turn left. Then look out to sea when you get to the thatched beach umbrellas. You should see 2 big white bouys. Head towards them.

Hiya, we really enjoyed this area, but then we got over to the Pacific coast and loved it even more. Puerto Escondido is the best. Worth a look. I think they will all be very different in 6 years though. Might be worth looking at less touristy places, as these might be overrun by then?
