(shrugs) Isnt there a lass out there that rode a dairy cow and taught her how to jump because she couldnt get a horse :) Different is awesome, especially where theres love and respect :)
as a kid 8yrs old, living on a farm there was this one cow. she had a green tag number 5 pierced in her ear. I would go everyday to see her and sometimes I would sit on her. she was the sweetest animal ever. I didnt even know it at the time but she was pregnant. her calf was born dead and she would not let me get near her after that. I remember her all these years later. she must have thought b/c she let me sit on her caused her baby to die.
I've never tried to sit on my cow, but yeah, she's like Snow, she was a rescue (mama had NO interest) and she lived in my kitchen for the first few months of her life. You can grab/pet/pick up any part of her body and she won't even blink. Even when she had two babies last year. She thinks she's a people.
I want to live your life tbh. I take you much more seriously for hanging out with the cows. Honestly I kinda assumed it was one of the perks they all do, and nobody talks about because calf snuggling isn’t considered masculine lol. I’m sad it’s not more common.
You still need to be careful around cattle. They kill many people every year. Usually when people let their guard down. So you do have pretty tame cows, but they’re still cows. So just be careful.
You may not be taken seriously in the agricultural world, but have you ever considered getting your certification as a behaviorist? I imagine you'd be taken a lot more seriously in that context and rightfully so. Frankly, I don't know why you would be taken seriously in the agricultural world because there's no Hardline rule that says you have to do cattle in one specific way. I would say you have some of the happiest cows I've ever seen
You make me want cows. Also I finally found somebody who thinks, talks, and acts like me! I'm an LDS ENFP 7w6 so/sx 712 SCUAI EVLF Yellow with ADHD and low-support-needs autism. Now I'm wondering what of this we have in common? 😊😊😊
My family was Amish decent. Left ordain before I was born but raised strictly. I grew up on a farm and nothing but animals to keep me happy and me keeping them healthy and happy. The one thing I can do is recognize happy animals and your animals are always happy. So therefore your good momma. ❤🫶🏼💞🥰
