Join us as we deal with a 2-3" snowfall and get ready for the big one. We are leaving out of town and I need some backup. Tino and Big Ray are as ready as they will always be but that doesn't mean I'm not nervous! Enjoy
@@unknownriddler8544nothing against Ryan this is a general statement to the concrete guys. If you’re a “finisher” you automatically are better than everyone else even when lots of them aren’t the hardest workers like a tino
It won't take big Ray long to get the hang of it all the best to the young man ♥️👁️👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
I have an F250 and F350 and have had problem's once on both and it was the IPR's causing the problem. One was the Hat & Nut that came off and the other I replaced with new one. I the hat & nut come off the magnet will be loose or off and it will not give you the high pressure to the pump. Hope that helps. :)
Yeah like when he catches an Uber because his wife had to take the car. All the other lads would just text in "I have no car I can't make it today". I will take Average Joe who turns in on time every day without fail and is willing to learn rather than a skilled worker who religiously lets me down a couple of times a month.
22:22 - okay, but why did Tino turn into *Tony the Bobcat Master of the Middle Western Region* ? He really can excel with operating the bobcat efficiently
@@MrHiyou52 ray did great, and even said he wanted to take care of his equipment / be steady I just wasn’t expecting Tino to clutch that so perfectly, it was cool 😂🙌🏽
@@Docstantinopleman my dad didn’t show me to drive and I once heard him telling other ppl he didn’t want to cause he thought I was to dumb. Save up money and bought my own car and learn by my self
Ray is the perfect type of worker. Ryan goes "Oh man i forgot my wallet" and within two seconds of the comment ray has his out, ready to pay. What a fantastic employee, and guy in general.
@@TheOpticTomahawkdude is a really good guy, but definitely a freeloader but more importantly a bonehead. Always making dumb decisions. Guarantee leaving Ray and Tino behind to do the plowing without any supervision is a bad idea.
@@Docstantinopleyou forget ray did not come from this line of work, he was literally a commercial truck driver hopping into becoming a dump truck driver and dabbling into concrete when Ryan lets him. He has time to learn but he’s away from the job site more than anyone else and yet still is trying to learn when he can. Eric unsupervised has been proven to fail, ray however has not
I think it’s funny how Eric thinks he is the best and knows everything. When Ryan stops him to show him something he still don’t listen or acts like he already knows.
He's got over 5k subscribers and hasn't posted his first video yet, lol. Just a short so far, he's going to be pretty popular once his videos start flowing.
@@jameslovitt994 it’s crazy how many subscribers you can get so quick just because you’re affiliated with Ryan. Ray would not have five subscribers in his first 10 videos if it was not for Ryan.
Glad to see you have confidence in Tino and comment that he picks thing up quickly. He may have issues but he for sure tries hard and works hard. Mike flying around was hilarious along with your comments throughout the video.
Tino is a great guy he might always be just around the corner, but he works hard. i think Ryan should show him a bit more love ❤️ and give him the recognition he deserves 👏 as for biggie Ray he makes me laugh and has the easiest job on victory, and he likes standing around a lot. Eric is a great guy and knows his job. Then there is francisco, who is a very likeable guy who also knows his job well. Ryan, you are a legend in my book. i just love the way you motivate your guys to work hard for you ❤
Big Ray is obviously one of the few really good guys we meet once in awhile in life. He lifts the spirits of the whole crew, and never takes criticism personally. The type of guy you wish was your next door neighbor.
Very proud of Ray and Tino for taking big responsibilities on...for the team...way to go guys...to the rest of you too in helping and returning favors for Ryan...😊
Eric is really clueless and to be honest doesn’t show much potential. Can’t believe you haven’t told him to slow down a bit. Then your boy Crisco is like where did I leave all the snow.
We would leave a map of the clients with any danger zones and any notes to help the new giys , plow operation , salt directions ? Whete to push the piles etc.
Now all we need is Tino's channel. He arguably needs one the most so he can go home and record his wifes recipes for the people, they're always cooking up some AWESOME hispanic dishes that remind me of my childhood!!! We need that content!!
Glow plug relay is super common on the 7.3. also there was a recall on the camshaft speed sensor on those to cause no starts randomly. If the sensor is gray recall has been done. If it is black, recall not done. It's right above the crank pulley on the left side (looking at engine from front)
Ray is such a stand up dude, everytime Ryan says something like “I forgot my wallet” he’s always the 1st one to take out whatever he has in his pocket to offer it. He’s awesome .
Having the guys trained to do more tasks is a great asset! Who knows, maybe you can expand winter operations with more accounts to keep your crew employed year round. If you don't want the added responsibility, could even encourage them to do winter work on thier own with rented equipment from Easy Money Rentals!
why don't you use sand ? here in sweden we use sand for the smaller streat/road and salt for the freeways. the salt will only melt the snow, but what do you do if it gets to minus degrees and all the melted snow turns to ice. won't there be a risk of slipping more then? gooood work!
Nate needs more credit. The guy was around for a few videos but I don't remember seeing many issues this past summer with equipment... nate needs a thank you. Guy does more In a few days than Eric does in a year... except for eating. Eric is the man you want if you want to take down a buffet.
Having to deal with “type of person” who doesn’t like crumbs in the driveway isn’t the problem. It’s having employees who can’t recognize that they need to leave a tidy driveway after plowing. Common sense isn’t so common to lazy folks
You guys are abusing salt so much, up here we do not try to melt snow in parking lots with straight salt. Generally we just use sand or at the most sand/salt mix to mitigate fall risk. Getting back on asphalt between every snow fall looks like such a waste.
I plow snow in Sweden and when someone new was driving we always made sure to have a up to date map of what has to been done. You may have it but it's a pretty good for new guys/girls to be able to double check that nothing gets missed. If you do not have it print some satilite pics mark the areas and laminate it :)
Training is a long spow process but you handled it! It was great to see all the crew working together (for once lol), they are starting to become a great team, which is another process.
Ryan, would it help while you are gone to print out a couple of Google maps of the neighborhood, highlight your accounts, and laminate them for the team? Just a thought.
If you park the "Salter" at 90 degree to the salt shed then you don't have to turn around ... It will cut your loading times in half , saving time and money , making the operation far more effective.
You should put some studded snow tires on your daughters cars if you still have winter driving there. Lived in the black hills in SD for most of my life and studded tires are a life saver on slippery and icy roads like she was talking about.
Don't ever get rid of the 7.3 Powerstroke..Fix it fix it fix it....I ran those in Ambulances and put 500,000 miles one them the trucks failed before engine...and that didn't include idle hours ..we would go days not being shut off...
The 7.3 may b the cam position sensor I’ve owned multiple 7.3s and it’s a common thing to happen I actually keep one in glove box it’s super easy to fix
Ah... sad to see the use of road salt might be coming to an end for you. I'm an Oregonian, so we've been banned from using salt for a looong time. ODOT uses it rarely on some main roads... but they're too concerned about the environment to allow its use city wide.
I absolutely LOVE Ray! Big Ray, if you’re reading this, please never stop be YOU! You’re a blessing in this world and to Ryan. Without the slightest hesitation, he grabbed for his wallet when Ryan said he had no money, man, Class act my guy👍
Plot twist: Tino passes Eric and becomes foreman and big ray and Francisco under him while Lazy E due to his own choices of not being responsible and willing to take lead, ends up at the bottom. 😮
