Long Icy gravel road. We take the plow truck to North Minnesota to Try the Boss drag Pro 180 Z on a Winding country road snaking through the trees and country.
Hi stan, I live in Wisconsin. I am 14 years old. I have been in the lawn care industry for 2 years now, made about $2,000. I said I was going to get into snow this year and I did. I just bought a new mower this year and purchased weed wackers and blowers. But this winter I started out with 2 shovels and my parents snowblower. I Shoveled 7 driveways last week. I just wanted to say thanks for all the tips and tricks you have taught me. All the advice you have given me has gotten me where I am today between snow and grass. You have inspired me to become my own boss and a success running multiple businesses like you. Thanks again, keep it up!
man that sounds awesome! It seems like your on a good track, reinvesting back into your business to get better equipment so you can do jobs faster and more productive. Smart!
Very good young man. You are a great example to others. Sometimes a person can get caught up in the honest hard work hustle. I would offer humbly, try to enjoy the journey. The whole picture. Good work.
Worked lawn and landscape for 2 years in high school. Still miss the work to this day, your videos take me back and bring back a lot of memories. Thanks for the high quality production, really entertaining and educational
a perfect plow to do a country drive -- with most snowfalls you'd be done in one pass if you put in the Z formation like Stan had it in for a lot of this video.
Stan, I love any kind of video 💯 the plus side is you got 2 video in 1. Snow plowing & property road maintenance. Thanks God bless y'all from south carolina viewer 🙏✌️♥️
@@Dirtmonkey I seen a cool idea. Coat your plows with a cheap ceramic coating to make them slick it worked on a snow blower. One kit is $20 and I think it would be worth a quick cheap try on your plows and drags. Idk how bbn long it would last but even if it was just for one 20 hour plow night and it really helped to turn the snow over off the blade and keep it from sticking so when you pick it up and then it all falls off in a bad spot it might be worth it. Try it on one trucks plow and drag and see. Every little bit helps especially with the wet sticky stuff.
I guess im asking randomly but does anybody know of a way to log back into an instagram account..? I was stupid forgot the password. I would appreciate any help you can offer me!
I appreciated the care and respect you took in plowing the cemetery. It really speaks volumes about your character. I've seen far to many times when workers at cemeteries just don't care. Be it bumping into grave markers knocking over memorials such as flowers, or the one that bugs me the most is not blowing off the grass trimmings from the headstones.
Stan showing you getting to relax and have fun is something different. I'm sure we will enjoy it. I enjoy plowing with my jeep wrangler makes it so much better than a 4 wheeler and plow.
I run an older Meyers drive pro 7'6" steel blade on my 2015 wrangler sport 2 door IV gotten in some tight spots that wouldn't be able to get in with a truck
@@Dirtmonkey I bet it was one of those but clenched moments lol 😆. Thank you bud and thank you Stan. Also same for you also your crew for making these awesome videos for us to watch and allowing us to come on the ride with you guys . Take care
To go along with backyard shack I am 15 years old in Wisconsin and I am plowing the trailer park I live in with a atv and been watching you since last snow season and am plowing now I have been using your tactics and you have helped me alot with plowing and understanding it Thank you
Hi Stan. I thanked you the other day. I would also say thanks to your family and crew/family for sharing the ups and downs too. I never enjoyed being watched myself ,let alone video.lol. The honesty of your channel makes you guys easy to watch. This particular video has a certain peace to it. I think it might be the story of the land. Part of your story. Cool:) This is why I think a video of your trails and hunting grounds would be great! Just one guys thoughts. God bless. Thanks
Those old Honda atv's will run pretty much forever. I have a 1990 Honda Fourtrax 300 4x4 that I've put through extreme hell over the years and it still runs like new. Great video, Stan! Love the RAM footage!
Yes take us on your tour, of your property, I have 280ac inWillow River, and 200ac a few minutes up the road, love hunting and most outdoor activities, great video, great plow, does fine work efficient
Hi Stan, love your vids, live in Missouri. Especial love your vids on new tools, products and heavy equipment. I am crazy about tools, products and heavy equipment. lol Keep up the good work. May God bless you and your family. Tom
My grandpa's '84 Honda 4-wheeler still runs too and has been on the same farm the entire time....just my parents are running the farm now instead of my grandparents. It even had the same parking spot in one of the sheds for about the first 20 years. I put a LOT of miles on that thing growing up. It's only 200cc, but still a lot of fun.
What's up Stan!! Really like the videos I used to love plowing snow been a while since I have. Your videos make me realize why I used to love it so much. Its really cool seeing all the new equipment and products they're coming out with n u use. Great channel and videos ur puttin out!!
This video was so relaxing and nerve racking all at the same time. You gentleman, have balls of steel! I guess growing up around snow would make you a more confident driver in it as I would have been puckered that whole time. We don’t get much snow in my parts and only get to see the snow an hr or so away if we want to. Great video! That Honda was solid as well.
Opening shot, your truck sounds JUST LIKE a quad! haha! Just kidding. Wow! That blade sure makes short work of that road! Have a GREAT 2021! God bless.
It's fantastic to see that Boss really stepped up! I watched the old video the other day and when I heard about all the pins shearing, my heart went out to that poor guy. Nice job Boss!
@@Dirtmonkey I plow snow for a living also and do landscaping/construction but still watch your videos. It’s winter and People are bored. Keep them coming! We will watch 💪🏼
Badass i love it. Lets tour the woods! Ive been watching your channel for quite a while now. For many different reasons. Love all the content so keep it coming. Im a carpenter by trade but do alot of ground work and often run equipment. Aswell as a plow guy myself. Although im generally in the ventrac, i find it peaceful and a little less monotonous then being in the truck all day long. I can relate to alot and definitely agree with your opinions often. Show us your land though that would be awesome to see. I'll be watching in Boston
Meanwhile, at the LMN offices : "Where's our *'Dirt Monkey'* banner, huh ?" And yeah, having a tour of the land would be neat, a little change every now and then, keeps the channel content fresh. 😀
I like that you respect the dead and no throw snow on their grave... a plow drive pushed a snow mound on several graves in my town. And it made the papers! People including I were disgusted.
Stan ,a lot of your followers are hunters I’m sure ! I’m ready ,great looking woods. I’m the guy from central NY state we hunt the Adirondack s all the time your area is very similar to our southern tier.anyway thanks again ! Our snow was. First a 31 inch....warm spell it all melted. 2 days ago we had 5/6 or so .it’s still here haha ....
@@Dirtmonkey unusual to occur but it all melted in 2/3 days.we’ve seen it melt at 3 to 6 inches over the years but never that much,I’ve seen plenty of winters I’m 70,we expected that much snow to be with us till spring but surprise ......it’s gone.overall ! You guys beat us ,I’ve been watching you for around 4 years and I always said I wouldn’t want your back to back storms .I hate to ask, hoping everything’s ok but we wondered how Hawaii is doing ? Stay safe .
If you want snow, come here to Washington. 50 inches the last week up in the passes - I-90 at Snoqualmie Pass, US2 at Stevens Pass had nearly as much. Appreciate how respectful you were at the cemetery.
Love the vid stan I have 2 85' honda 250 atvs they in mint condition and are the best and most reliable and will run forever! Would love to see a tour or your hunting property on atvs!
