In response to Louise Westies comment.yes, in the scene Jennifer is pregnant with her and Josh's baby in real life. But as for fairytale land, she's not pregnant with Emma, she's pregnant with Prince Neil. This scene occurred after the wicked witch of the west cast the secondary cursed that transported them back to fairytale land. Emma and Henry are in New York.
It was due to PANS curse, that they ended back there. Snow cast the curse to get back to Storybrooke. Just as the curse was being cast, Zelena added a memory spell, which caused everyone to forget everything from the time they landed back the Enchanted Forest to when they returned to Storybrooke.

They really didn't time the filming of this scene right and they didn't do very good with camera angles because you can very clearly see that she already has a small bump in her stomach as Charming is getting up. They're making it seem like she's maybe at the six to eight-week mark, when in real life she seems like she's probably at the four-month mark. If they had to film this well she already had the bump they should have used better camera angles to make it less noticeable
That look on Charming's face at 0:36 is "Wait, did you just now figure this out? Girl, you like halfway through your second trimester" followed by "My wife is an idiot. What do I do? Play along? I'll play along."
Yeah..really, but I'm confused. I thought it was MALEFICENT who told Chumping. I mean Charming that Snow was pregnant. Also, dude, if you can't tell your wife is pregnant just by looking at her (she's 2 or 3 months preggers by now) Cruella had you pegged as not being too bright.
