This is an au, slightly inspired by nahpineapples, also I do not own any of the characters/rights to any of these shows, I’ve just based off of one of my characters from a flash roleplay on instagram.
When Caitlin finds out she’s pregnant with twins, she doesn’t tell anyone at first, not even her boyfriend, although eventually Barry figures it out with the amount of appointments and times Caitlin’s been getting sick. Over nine months later, the couple welcome their baby girls, Elizabeth and Josephine Allen into the world. With the time that comes, Lizzie and Josie develop a close relationship with their parents and then sooner or later with each other. The twins having both the speedster and killer frost genes in them, start going to star labs which becomes their second home because of the amount of time they spend there. Caitlin definitely being a protective mother tries to keep the killer frost secret away from them for as long as possible. Josie’s definitely the more sensitive twin, over time she’s developed a sense that whenever something is wrong with her family, she’ll feel the pain, not necessarily the pain their feeling, but pain. Josie’s also the more protective twin, she’ll do anything for anyone, there are many times where she’ll jump right into danger to save a life of her family or friends. Barry wasn’t around for much of their childhood due to him disappearing when they were six, although with time, Caitlin and the girls eventually get him back which is why Caitlin and the twins have a stronger relationship.
