16-psyche isn't needed, if you can tier up the wild wasp stinger, you'll be fine. Very good guide though, thanks for that.

I really want her, I’ve got fenny, yao, lyfe and fritia 5 star versions but still REEEEEALLY want this variant although I have her 4 star so I might fuck around with her there

I dropped her yesterday, in my team with Fritia Hush and regular Yao, she's insanely good mob clearer, even when I have no neuronics on her yet.

Does alignment index really useful for haru? The skill says it will take effect when targets HP is lower than 40% of haru's ATK. Lets say you have 500 alignment index That's 40+50=90% of ATK If you have 4000 ATK then the the skill will activate when target has its HP at 3600. That's like 1 bullet away from killing mobs, which doesn't worth the investment. Am I understanding this correctly?

its worth it only if only we can scale Haru's atk any higher, also this would be worth it for enemies which have high defense only

Star ocean is only better than wasp stinger for its skill.damage bonus and DOT damage, its downside is its 6 bullet capacity. You need to hit a target to recharge your standard skill energy. If your aim's accuracy is high then star ocean is good for you. Wasp stinger is easily built up to tier 5, has 12 bullets and very decent skill for the pistol.
