Gosh, i still have many things to confuse with, hopefully your future guide can actually help me So pretty much its just the exact situation when I started pgr, so i kinda reconize the pain 😢😂 The overlock and upgrade item is just pretty hard to find, you can get early game so fast resource, but end game kinda need to manage the crystal, event is more valuable than the actual resource shop, the shop with the weapon is just a scam 😂, also the banner with "buy character" and gamble one, but on end game all resource is not really that rare What i noticed on snowbreak is that me or just only the weapon upgrade stuff and the logistic one is harder than the other? 😅 I still have no idea for how do we even know the recommended logistic and weapons for the character, who ones to build, sometimes i just not comfortable with their playstlye, and the logistic have some of random stat, and people say rerol the logistic is still confuse me a lot Thanks for the guide and looking forward for the future guide
Fiber Axon is not worth buying from the shop in my opinion. Doing op is more worth it. For 30 presence u get 9k silver from op. For 30 presence u get 7 Fiber Axon from op with a chance to get 8. Shop sells u 5 fiber axon for 9k silver. Unless u are really desperate.

IMHO, a breakdown per patch is much more representative of available resources than a monthly one. Apart from the Agave patch, every patch so far, has been roughly 6 weeks long. This means massively more resources. (at the very least, 2400digicash) On the 100banner, you are able to pull literally every single event character under F2P. As long as the Agave patch length doesn't become the new norm, you'll have enough to get every new character.
err...6 weeks long or roughly that have been the norm for ages? And with 60 pulls (10x per weeks) with 5-10 pulls from monthly shop, 10 free per patch, 5 more from event shop and you have 85 pulls, not even counting any more digicash the event give you, which is almost a near guarantee pity even for 100%.
@@tienvu1282 - Sorry, I don't understand your reply, specifically the 6 weeks part with the question mark. You broke down the resources in detail but the length of patches and your conclusion is quite literally what I said.
I made a sheet for patch pulls and so far for this patch, f2ps are able to get 114 limited pulls(21 of them being weapon pulls) with more because of the paradox event and containment protocol

I guess theres some shadowbanned words. In the early patches I kept track of digicash only from events and didnt keep track of other sources until eatchal's patch.
You can easily get 10 pulls/week just by playing regularly + monthly pack (which is 6$, a bit pricier than normal but quite worth it for the pull income).
Being fully f2p and playing since release I managed to get almost every operative (I only missing Tess and Siris-Ksana, but I'll 100% get a Siris-Ksana in this patch). Also I have 5 limited weapon. And my luck is just average. This game is too generous and I really like it
Some things can change i think since some units perform better with proper setup. Like Fenny Coroner paired with Fenny Starshine, you dont reload then. Fritia hush doesn't get enough love. Wasnt the chinese players using her to nuke bosses? As for Katya Dawning, is hard for me to judge yet i havent gotten enough time playing with her yet, but she's pretty strong imo. On first experience i would put her higher with both good single target and mobbing, but i'll need further testing. She may also get buff by the time this event goes off so her spot is still unsure.
Am I playing Enigma wrong? I deal burst damage to normal health and shield boss but I struggle to put good damage on multiparts boss like Mecha Joseph even I am stacking her crescent moon everytime I detonate
@leediaz5690 some heroes are better at destroying parts such as Katya, Chen Xing and agave. Cherno is a submachine gun character so she isn't really good at breaking parts
shouldn't infinite sights mobbing be just as good as her single target? Her ultimate absolutely destroys mobs and it's easy to get. Also i think once you T2 katya dw weapon and get her to m2 she'll be up there, it's too ridiculous not to be imo. Shes already doing really decent damage so the defense pen plus the extra lasers should give her the much needed boost.
The problem is getting her ultimate though. You could maybe put her mobbing at 4 stars but the character has to excel at destroying mobs with or without their ult.
@@DrSwazz Her standard skill marks enemies. Each enemy marked reduces cost of her ult by 10 u-energy. You can mark up to 6 enemies. 6 enemies marked = -60 to u-energy cost of ult = ult at 0 u-energy
Mobbing is the capacity to defeat faster groups of mobs that have low max life. Multipart is the capacity to defeat faster bosses that até composed of multiple parts that can be destroyed separatly
You might have missed it, but he mentioned that Katya dw has a frost AOE explosion effect everytime she dashes. Since you can spam the dash, she can kill groups of smaller enemies without even shooting. I think she is great at both, but I don't think I'll get her cuz I want to save up for Lyfe IS.
old payer here recently came back, between katya and fenny ss who should've i use my guaranted for ? I ony have WS and 5* Fenny standard as my 2 maindps and Acacia Kaguya
Hmm, kinda depends. You have Coronet, and she works real well with FennySS, who also opens more possibilities to improving other operatives, such as LyfeWH where normal reloading hurts her skill uptime. But do you have Kaguya's sig? If so, she could be a huge boon to KatyaBB if you pick her, offering both a frost damage increase as well as a universal resistance debuff.
@@robertcop9889 speaking of LyfeWH, got her yesterday from standard (monthly reset) and unf no Kaguya sig, so i guess Fenny SS is better ? but how bad is she without her sig?
@@DeezNuts-tq3uy FennySS is excellent even without her sig, she's up there as one of the best support units. I don't even have FennySS sig but her ability to make reloading a non-issue really changes the way certain operatives perform. LyfeWH is goodish but requires a lot of investment before she really starts to glow. You need her sig as well as M1, maybe even M2 and M3. I used her to great success for melting the new Aku-Ma mech boss. If you're looking for a new DPS operative, KatyaBB would be the better pick. IIRC you can't use that SSR selector to pick KatyaDW anyway.
how are you reloading with fenny coronet shot guns can reload one then shot it doesnt take longer than half a second between shots and my dps very minimal down time, what do you mean she has a reload problem?
She reloads one at a time and if interrupted she reloads again. It's not her problem, it's the gun. I'm not saying she is not good but without Fenny SS she isn't tier 0.
I'm so sad I can't unlock Siris 5* lmao. I played her in the new event trial and man she is so fun. A tank that mows things down with a giant shield? Sign me up!
I think that the main story of this game needs to change. It's like a visual novel and doesn't feel like a proper game. I enjoyed it till chapter 10 but after that the plot became repetitive. You always have to run around in circles like a headless monkey because the actual truth is being kept away from you. In my opinion the only good thing about the game is the Waifus and the fact that you can pursue romantic Interest in them. Ps: I am new to this game and this is simply my opinion. Take Wuthering Waves for example. It is new and already has 5 times more downloads on Playstore.
Just one critique of the list, tier 0 should IMO be used for characters that do not need other characters to excel aka Fenny needing newer Fenny. That really screams that she should be .5 tier. Other than that I think a pretty good list.
