Really enjoyed this video, we were in NB last winter and stayed at the Atlantic host in Bathurst, and the Quality inn in campbellton. We have booked a trip for February again this winter and can’t wait to see the Christmas mountains, watching these videos helps pass the time. We have no snow yet😢. Would love to get video footage with you guys someday. Currently we ride 2021 850 xrs and 2020 850 xrs. Have a great winter look forward to more videos.

Trailered from Ontario and spent a week (Feb 2023) doing basically the same trip. Sledaddicz mention of the trail # used was very helpful for trip planning. Did Edmundston, Serpentine, Bathurst, Miramichi, Fredericton, Juniper (stopped at the Pour House - highly recommended!) to Hartland. Lots of snow, excellent grooming and signage. Will be going back next year.

Awesome!! Glad our descriptive walk through on the trails was helpful for you. That's exactly why we mention trail numbers etc., to give you an accurate first hand experience of the various trails we took and what the area has to offer. Sounds like a wicked trip. Those trails are awesome and the accomodations are top notch! Cheers, Jesse

I’m so happy that you guys had a great ride! Please remember that the rest of the province offers great trails as well. Stay in Woodstock and travel north to the Juniper area. Beautiful trailsgroomedand backcountry. This area is well known by locals, but little traffic,and some of the best riding in the province! If you haven’t been to the “Pour House”in Juniper, for a cheeseburger, you’re missing out!!

It doesn’t look like a lot of lake crossing? That usually cuts the season short even when trails are good. Ice thins out
@sledaddicz
@sledaddicz Год назад
Exactly! In our four days in NB there was only one lake crossing! That's basically unheard of. Every creek had a bridge, every dip was filled with gravel in the summer. We were riding in 14 degrees C and we never encountered any water at all. Cheers, Jesse

Instead of medical school I think you should just go into business organizing mult-day snowmobile tours😂😂😂 Riding for a living would be the most insane way to make a living 👍👍👍

Serious Question I most likely only have one opportunity to get to Canada this year what would be your 1st recommendation? My usual riding is mostly Tug hill,Old forge or local riding in the Catskills NY... I know you love many places but if you were stuck picking one🤔🤔🤔
@sledaddicz

Canada is huge. It really depends what you are after but if you are searching for great trails, you can't go wrong with Ontario, Quebec or New Brunswick. Cheers, Mike

If you’re based in NY why not snowmobile from NY up into Quebec over to Jackman Maine and back , Get a 7 day Quebec pass and do it if possible when you can ride in Maine for Free weekend

Lol bordering on Mount Carlton provincial park, and at the foothills of the Christmas mountains Governors resort has been an icon and staple for snowmobiling in northern New Brunswick,…. Not even a mention! watching your video leaving Rogers lake to head to serpentine you drove right by here . But with who you we’re riding with and that you interviewed that doesn’t surprise me. Obviously you were told not to mention my place,… there’s two sides to every story! no big deal to me, if you didn’t fall in line and do what the ayatollah wanted you to do he’d go out of his way to shun you. One of the reasons along with his bias opinion he’s no longer employed with the Federation. Just so you know he didn’t retire he was fired! Great video tho!
@sledaddicz
@sledaddicz Год назад
Hey Mark. I would ask that you reserve judgment until you know all the information. Thanks for reaching out. We had never been to New Brunswick before and Governors resort was never mentioned. If I had known about it I would have definitely highlighted it in the video. No one has the power to tell us not to mention something. Our opinion or content cannot be bought. Cheers, Jesse

You cannot come out with any answer, that will make sense for any snowmobiler that ever went up North snowmobiling . To be at Mount Carleton park and not mentioning Serpentine lodge or Governor lodge or Roger’s Lake Lodge? Sorry, that’s my thoughts…I’m sure there is many more…
@markmaclellan9258

“Governors resort was never mentioned”,… my point exactly! Thanks for verifying my point. Cheers

@@coalbranch If you actually watch the video you will see that I mention rogers and serpentine, as we stopped there directly on the trail. We did not know about governors. Cheers, Jesse
