Episode 2 Melanie said she had to stay at the bunker because the computer processors that will review the climate model and the effects of releasing the chemicals globally are in the bunker. So she stays to do science and leaves Ben to handle whatever on the train, with the "promise" from the Admiral that no one will be harmed. So yes it's a very much no Melanie season but we know where she is. It's even possible the admiral has a way to communicate wit the bunker our rebels could get their hands on. It's too early for me to know if it's the worst season, but then I liked this episode. It's not perfect, but there's some stand out moments and a couple things I'm hoping they're setting up that will be full to see further in. Now the shaky camera work, that's completely horrendous, it makes me a little sick it bounces around so much.
