Sometimes YT hands you a diamond, this is one of those occasions. This is an excellent video and raises the bar in many ways. Please continue to make videos this way.
I was just going to say how much I hate ASMR nonsense…. This is genuinely so calming and zen I don’t even want the game anymore, just going to binge watch this and relax 😂
I’ve fallen asleep every night to it. I have insomnia. Something about his voice and this video is just so soothing. Haven’t had problems sleeping in 5 days now :)
stumbled across this playlist a few days ago *April 2024* and I have to say this is the most entertaining play through of Snowrunner I've seen. Its a very slow placed game but the way you edit the videos make it extremely interesting to watch. A belated thank you, to you good sir!
The focus on chill you are taking here really matches up with the nature of the game. It's not frantic, it's not even a laugh and have a good time with friends. It's just that, chill. There's no people, no dialogue, just engine noise, vistas and methodical problem solving. It's literally a meditation tool.
Never played a game like this before. Never watched a video about a game like this before. I'm entranced. Simultaneously engaging and relaxing. I love it, really well done! Might have to buy this game.
The first few maps are really relaxing, definitely have some stressful times but over all it's an awesome game to while listening to music and drinking some beers
Finally decided to give Hard Mode a shot and this series has been invaluable. There have been a few times when I thought I could do something better or skip a step and I was punished for my hubris. Unfortunately Knull seems to have stopped around eight months ago but the videos up until then are top-tier.
Can we just appreciate the music choice? Well made video. Thanks my man ! The music and the driving was absolutely fantastic together. Also your voice is calm, heavy and soft too. Its so chill to hear it along with the view ans the song.
easily one of my fav games. very slow paced because you need to pay attention to what you're doing even if it seems like a menial task. if you don't then you'll soon learn that there usually isn't any simple way to undue your mistakes. there are obviously little things here and there that can use improvement, but overall its a great sim. for anyone who's thinking about getting this game, the start can be a little hard but once you get the hang of it, its a great experience.
Would you recommend starting on the regular mode and getting a hang of it, or is it more exciting to jump right into hard mode after watching this series?
This vide helped me a lot and right at the perfect time! I recently had to restart a brand new save game on hard mode because of huge reasons. I did not want to as I had already completed 24 total missions in Michigan, but yet I had no choice to be honest. This first video saved me so much time and energy and my sanity! I felt icky about starting over, but yet you saved me with this perfectly well made video for new players such as myself. Thank you so much, I will be watching part two after a pizza and a nap, and so on part 3, etc. up until I am all caught up again. Thank you so much for this. This channel covers SnowRunner like a boss!
This is mostly how I approached hard mode as well, it was really tough at the start, only thing I did differently was also took part in multiplayer, which feels kinda cheap looking back at it now as it gained me a lot of cash, but some of my friends wanted to come help and when I went into their worlds I didn't bother to switch saves. Playing through solo hard mode all the way is a great achievement. Fuel in Yukon is crazy expensive, just a heads up, recommend running fuel carriers on the back of all your trucks and filling them up at the cheap servos before transferring maps
Hey mate, first time viewer here, I really enjoyed this video, I love the sped up game play and relaxing music with limited commentary and straight to the point. I have only played snowrunner in co op with friends but now I want to try hard mode! I look forward to watching the rest of your videos, thank you so much 😊
This is my favourite video game video genre that I didn't knew I liked. Well done. Difficult challenging gameplay, music, not an obnoxious fake hyped hyper loud youtuber. 10/10 sub, like and will come again.
Nice video! I would add that the scout fuel trailer was a good first purchase. I dragged it all around the map, getting all the watchtowers, upgrades, and tasks, never worried about fuel. Just fill it up from one of the fuel trailers for free!
I'm almost completely caught up with the whole series now. I just wanted to add my sentiments that this is the best video walkthrough of Snowrunner, hands down. Your preparation, detail explanations, and amazing driving skills are exceptional. Do you use wheel and pedals or mouse and keyboard? Keep up the excellent videos. I hope you have great success on RU-vid, you definitely deserve it.
damn watching this makes me wanna play this game with my cousin again, I remember when it came out and we played and used the navistar (i think it's called), now he hasn't replied in probably a few weeks or possibly months, hopefully he plays it again because it was a good laugh when we did play it
I really miss this guy, no one else on yt have a series that is as relaxing as these videos I’ve watched every video @Knullmoderm has made and I keep coming back to this series. Hope he’s doing well!
Bro, you could create a series like season 1 episode 1 😂 your narration is impeccable and the soundtrack with what you're doing in film, you have skill
Man I love this. Currently on episode 30 and want to play the game for myself now, but before I go attempting to make a song playlist, do dou happen to have a playlist of all the songs in all these episodes? It’s perfect music for this game and I wanna play it with your chosen songs! In any case, thank you for this experience🙏🙏🙏 Your choice in music here makes it euphoric. I just love it.
This is brilliant! I know from experience that the driving bits can be a bit boring, but cutting parts out (imo) kills the flow of the video. Speeding up the video and doing voice-over is a great way around that! Plus I'm learning a lot, like swapping the sideboard bed from the GMC to the Fleetstar. No idea you could do that...
This game is fantastic, I am so glad I finally gave it a shot. Just wish there was a mod that allows to control the weather and timecycle. Would love to make the in-game time to progress the same as real world time.
Since the game makes them seem terrible....that red GM truck is Extremely capable. I have taken mine through things that my friends were literally scared of. It just plowed through like it was nothing. After some modifications, I also took it to 150+ mph. GM has never produced a 5.2 liter engine that I know of. That GMC truck was equipped with a 255hp 5.7 liter engine that had around 375 Lb ft of torque.
Now i want to try a new slot on hard mode. You really need to take your time with this game and think the loads etc threw. Which usually I don’t do and I create my own problems out of stupidity. Excellent video. How is it you don’t need the map. I get lost and turned around in a heartbeat.
When I first started snow runner In normal mode I never knew things like recovery, trailers and all were free and dlc vehical were also free in the garage. So for first the first part of the map black water played the game as hard mode. I almost gave up on the game it was so fustrating.
I love it, I have started hard mode myself and and it’s absolutely nuts. Your play through gives a new perspective on things, awesome vid your chill approach to the matter is very entertaining, great job 🤘😬🤘
@@KnullModem Dedication bro, 61 episodes so far. I wonder how quick this game could be speed run completed on Hard Mode with 4 co-op players familiar with the game?
Thank you for this great series. 1st it is s very well and mindfull played. And 2nd it has a nice commenting. Overall it is very relaxing to watch. It help me over may had time witch corona . and now I'm looking forward to watch you finish the game😊
I hate that you’ve stopped making videos. I just started snow runners and I found your videos and they are calming and simply amazing. Please revive this channel!
First time viewer and I really appreciate the production value you have in this video. i am running the same game type you are, especially no short cuts to better vehicles. I want to play the game as if I was a small business and jetting to Russia and bringing back a Tayga for the cost of a small trailer just seems bogus. I really like your approach here.
Interesting video, but I get a chuckle out of all the extra restrictions you've put on your game to make it more challenging. After all that, doesn't it seem a bit cheaty to get to change your trucks paint for free? Wouldn't it be more reasonable to only change your paint when you pay for repairs in a garage? I've loaded plenty of truck in my job and I'm pretty sure setting a pallet on a flatbed is less work than masking and painting a truck cab and look what that costs in the game. One think I'd have done different is to hold off on the bigger tires till the All Terrain tires are unlocked when you did the suspension upgrade. While it's true that larger tires work better off road, they're still just highway tires so your off road performance will be very limited even after spending the money on the upgrade. Once the AT's are unlocked you could upgrade the size and grade for more benefit. I find money is in short supply in hard mode so I have to consider what I'm gaining for every dollar spent.
Hello everybody!! Please someone give me some help. I started the game on hard mode, but I can't find my DLC trucks. Caterpilar, the Bandit and the International. When I played on easy mode I had no problems, I found them as soon as I went to Alaska but now I don't know how to do it.
What i dont like with the game is that the game is unrealisticly difficult, in most parts you could drive without problems through the mus, here its way to difficult for the cars.
I subscribed, liked and I found the video as being very useful. However, if someone is not familiar with the map, then he/she can easily can get lost on those woods... a map guide from time to time would have helped with that
Fuel trailers are great for putting in the world for personal refueling, but putting one in the town a mere 30 seconds away from the fuel station was a waste, it's far better stashed in a more remote area that is well traveled, like much further up north in that map.
The vibe of this video and your voice go hand in hand with the relaxing and lonely atmosphere of Snowrunner and it's gameplay loop. This is really helping me mentally prepare myself to start a completely new Hard Mode save
I’m probably a little late saying this, you probably already did this, but the raised suspension on the Chevy is unstable, so you should get the autonomous winch.
The best way to play Snowrunner. The unlock all watchtowers (and wotnot) immediately advice is bad. Thank you for this series it's very entertaining and competent. New game and sub obviously
Was looking for gold, just found diamond. What a gem of a channel! Most relaxing gameplay video I ever watched, and helped me so much on getting my bearings at hard mode. Well done, mate!
This is exactly the kind of content I've been looking for, I am so excited to see 60+ episodes of this to catch up on! Hopefully with the new season coming out it'll give you a reason to do some more! 🤘
