there is a mod called live in business that basically enables multifunctional lots. You could set this lot as a retail with a live in cafe and not only would it function as both when visiting as a customer, but you could also profit from the cafe as well as the retail when being the owner. I totally recommend that mod, it makes creating apartments with business downstairs such a fun gameplay possibility

I LOVE multi functional lots. I am really hoping we get them in Sims 5. Little Ms Sam has a mod that sort of allows for the ability to have library and cafe on the same lot.

The entire time I was watching this I kept think how familiar it felt. Then it hit me at the end screenshots. It gives me the vibe of building in Club Penguin where you could go play board games and the fishing mini game. Love it!!!

I'd love to see a wacky bookstore build in the Sims. I have no idea how this would translate but I think it'd make for a fun challenge. Back in my college town, there's a semi-famous bookstore that was made out of the old opera house. What's unique about it is that it's practically a maze, every little hallway leads into various other hallways, hidden corners, sealed off doors.

The title itself is similar to an isekai manga called ‘the Saviour’s Book Cafe Story in Another World.’ Though their interior is more vintage fantasy than modern, still love your building design❤❤❤

At the beginning of this year I signed up for the Goodreads book challenge of reading 24 books and I finished it last month! YAY ME! i'm really surprised by the amount of items that get covered in snow when placed outside! I figured it was just "exterior" items like foliage or roof stuff.
