Man, that first song, "I'll be moving on" is the epitome of mastery, his subtle touch and voicing is sublime, intense yet sublime.

When you grow up and realize there are far more important things than playing a thousand notes a minute, Snowy White sounds more amazing upon each listen. What a tremendous band also! Top notch performance, everyone playing from the heart.

I remember a day in Los Angeles when Snowy was playing with Pink Floyd. He wanted to show Felix my oldest son, the set up on stage. Security stopped him and said:"There is no way you can take this kid back stage,". Snowy kept on walking and said :"I guess you won't have a guitarist tonight" Felix got to see the set up back stage!

Snowy White is Brilliant, the ultimate best. I have seen him twice, there is no better. No guitar player can take you to the dimension he can take you to. His band are great as well.

First 2 songs are just epic, solid band

Absolutely masterful. This is the epitome of what a real musical concert and band should be. All are world-class musicians who child easily share the limelight with the crème de la crème, yet are humble and unassuming. No ego, no BS, ah respect one another and give each other the space and time to shine and perform to their own interpretation and understanding, yet perfectly in line with the composition. Incredible. Snowy IMHO is the civilized version of his dear mentor Peter Green.

You all great together! One can't make music without one another, that why we call you Band, But all the time there is speciality in the group ,there is mental defferences in a group we have to respect that ,any way you all great for me thank you very much.

Am 27.03.2018 hatten wir unseren 20. Jahrestag! An dem Tag erlebte ich Snowy & The White Flames erstmals. Diese Begegnung blieb für uns beide unvergesslich. Die Folge war mein erstes CD-Cover für einen internationalen Künstler! Und dann gleich Snowy White, ich war überrascht und begeistert. 2009 trafen wir uns wieder mit seinem Blues Project. Es wurde wieder ein besonderes Highlight für mich als Musikliebhaber und auch als Fotograf! Für mich ist und bleibt Snowy einer der wirklich ganz Großen und ein sehr, sehr lieber Freund. .

I had one tape back in the late 1980's, I used to play it over, and over....until it died. By the time I got to the end, I was always ready to start all over again. I had a Robert Cray CD, same thing. Bird of Paradise , and Strong Persuader. Land of Freedom - look out for that Snowy White track. One of his best.

If Snowy White was a better singer then he would almost certainly be a superstar - Apart from singing his talent and ability is untouchable.

Snowy has always been a great player, he's written some great material, has great chops, feel and tone. Can't say the same about his vocals unfortunately.

Not really my kind of thing, but I watched all the way through, can't fault the playing-flawless.

Anybody know who the drummer is ? Guy is so solid, sharp, technical, tasteful and really powerful !!! Extremely impressed by his passionate playing !!!

No you are not ! ! ! I only discovered Snowy White about two weeks ago and I have since bought 5-6 of his CDs plus this concert on DVD & CD. I find his approach to playing the blue sits even better on my ear than the great SRV whom I also love. Not bad for an old [ 72yo ] bugger LOL

Snowy is way better here than he was in Thin Lizzy. I watched a 1981 Lizzy live concert and it often seemed like he could not play at all, and had the worst guitar tone I've ever heard. It was bizarre. He either didn't want to be in that band at all, or had a real bad night. Full credit for fingerstyle. I do this for 20 years. It's the best!

Well,he isn't a singer. More of a musical narrator. But the musicality of the band is excellent. Great guitar playing. Great tones out of his Les Paul.
