Y un poco de hormonas a mi parece se ve q va para muscle y en un asiatico es mas dificil. La ventaja q por lo regular su comida es mas limpia y hablo de corea y japon, china tambien algunos tratan de comer saludable.

No es imposible hay mujeres que tienen un cuerpo con demasiada masa muscular,esto va aumentando cuando hacen ejercicio pero no todas logran esto naturalmente , nesecitan un entrenamiento muy duro.
