As a Bay Area native, I’m so excited that the T100 is here and the pros are enjoying themselves. Also, thank you for showing SF in a beautiful manner. This is one of many safe, clean and beautiful areas in the city. As for the “characters” of SF, those aren’t true random characters. It would be more or less unhinged then what we’re seeing. The guy at the beginning of the video is pretty involved in the triathlon/endurance scene out here. Ive chatted with him and have seen him at all the big and small races in the Bay and Oceanside. However, still love the PTO behind the scenes footage.
Wild that this video had a direct reflection on the race: Taylor and Kyle were there to throw down and the people that were our to see the sights didn't show up on race day. Oh and Magnus was still tired.
Interviewer: You're not gonna see the Golden Gate Bridge? Taylor: ohh.. I'm not here for touristy things. Interviewer: Why are you here today? Taylor: To race?! 😂😂
I love how incredibly humble @allstair is.. I was totally star struck when I first met him them moments later we were in the same elevator together then I saw him every morning at breakfast and felt like an idiot that I was such a swiftie seeing Taylor Swift 😂
Taylor Knibb is an amazing athlete, no doubt about that, but I'm a bit confused with her demeanor/ interviews. Maybe her shyness is sending the wrong vibes, but I have the (wrong?) impression she is taking herself a bit too seriously compared to the other athletes. Anybody knows more about her & can enlighten me?
These videographers are far superior to Talbot. Talbot is awkward with women and tries to hard to be cool with men. The videographers from this series are less conspicuous and are professionals
I kind of see your point. Though to be fair, we might not have had a RU-vid scene with videos like this one for triathlon if it wasn't for all the work and ideas that Talbot has been the OG pushing for, for many years. He still deserves a lot of respect and gratitude along with any negative feedback imo, for his service to the tri community!
Talbot paved the way. Talbot is Talbot and he deserves praise for what he has done. We all are a community and each person deserves his place in the sport and recognition.
So cool that he was excited about meeting pro athletes... I'm not a star gazer when it comes to movie stars etc, although I still respect them...its when I see my favourite pro athletes, I get such a combination of respect and excitement. Awesomeness. Love these PTO. I🫶
