Potatoes and Chicken pair up to make THESE INSANELY GOOD crunchy katlesi.
You will need:
5 Potatoes
2 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp chilli powder
3 tsp Salt
250 gms Chicken
1 tbsp chopped Garlic
1 1/2 cups water
2 eggs
1-2 cups vermicelli
1 cup all-purpose flour
Oil for frying
