То,что вы довели до кипения воду,в которую поместили печень,это очень правильно! Она не будет иметь неприятный привкус ! Всё остальное мне очень понравилось,кроме отварных яиц...думаю это лишнее в рецепте... Да,вот ещё - не обращайте внимание на жёлчных людей! Просто они не умеют правильно отделить печень от желчи,вот потому и горчит!😅Добра Вам и мира,хозяюшка!Привет из Украины!❤
