Datapack is now available for download! 🥳 Hope you enjoy and don't forget to subscribe for more crazy inventions! :) mcmakistein.com/creations/crazy_features
Your datapacks are even better than mods, i hope you upload explaining how your datapacks work so other people, like me who make datapacks for fun, can also be motivated to make more datapacks. Amazing video as always
Modding will probably always be more powerful than datapacks, and might even be easier than working with the minecraft scripting syntax. But the limits of datapacks can also be interesting to fuel creativity. There will always be bad mods and bad datapacks, but I love the culture around datapack makers like Maki and Geek. It's not like that doesn't exist for mods at all either!
Man Mc Makistein is the best commander ever, he made thing They are basically mods and overcome all the limitations of minecraft He is my favorite commander
the fact that you guys did all these with datapacks is amazing. Datapacks are generally compatible with just about anything else we throw in for a server, so I really like using datapack based mods.
Man, It's been amazing seeing Datapacks evolve from only being able to add new advancements and crafting recipes to now where they're able to compete with actual mods.
McYum summoned that block of TNT at the perfect time, he's such a harbinger of chaos lmao. And no joke that bendy piston would be super useful! 5:10 Fun fact while figuring out how to port PC worlds to Bedrock while I was still a kid, I ended up looking into the code of a file that I didn't understand, found "null" there (used as a value) and immediately thought Null was real.
It's unrelated to this spesific video but thank you for making Beyblades it was nostalgic and I loved it It would have been even better (And harder to make though) if you could take yours apart and customize it like how you could irl
I have never seen your videos before but the simple like wholesomeness of just friends having fun in minecraft literally brought a tear to my eye. This reminded me of the early days of minecraft youtube and just felt super nostalgic.
9:50 That is just beautiful. Is that a Putt-Putt Goes To The Moon reference with the mechanical grabber? It's been like 20 years and I still remember that game.
1:45 hmm.. it could be better,if we hold the wrench in our main hand,we can customise it how it works and it's premenently works like that( we can also change that the sticky piston sticks or not we can also set that 1st sticking,2nd sticking,3rd not sticking it's like a pattern)
Something to add for the UFO is 1being able to Throw a spawn egg or take an animal to the UFO with a lead and it would make that animal drive a UFO that is their size. 2 being able to abduct things by pressing a button in the UFO or pressing s key on your keyboard and anything under you you will be able to abduct. A beam of light would come from the bottom and abduct anything under your UFO mobs, players, blocks, and items which everything you abducted would be stored in your UFO. Using a button or key on your keyboard would allow you to toggle through the things you have abducted, allowing you to put stuff from the UFO storage into your inventory, back on the ground, or even being able to make a mechanical arm from out of your UFO and make it place blocks wherever you want. If you get abducted by a UFO you and any other abductees would be in a room full of everything that the UFO has abducted and is being stored. You would stay there until the UFO driver lets you out. 3 a laser that would be able to come out of your ufo by either pressing a button or by pressing a key on your keyboard. The laser would come out of the UFO and any mob, (counting bosses) block, player, or item you right clicked on or, or tapped on would e media fly be disintegrated.
Havent seen such a entertaining minecraft video in a whyle it was amazing and I think both of you did amazing job with the custom stuff and should get a tie
first heard mackenstein in tyler's commandblock challenge videos, and seeing this in my thread and watched what hes done for this collab makes me feel relieved that hes going to the yt career while still maintaining his braingears and talent he has after these years (i might sound cringy but im being legitimate lol) but yeah glad to see you again ya genius
can you and geek make a little tutorial for coding simple custom items? one could do the coding and one could do the animations. just talk about what programms to use and how to do some basics. thatd be extremely cool
'CommandGeek' textures are Detailed and Vannila but for McMakistein textures are simplified sometimes but what's best thing is he's a Pro at Java scripting..
