Just bought a 1999 Chevy Silverado 1500 z71 145k miles for $3200. I think it was one of the best vehicle purchases I might have ever made. Parked it right next to a 1999 F150 with 240k I bought about a month ago for a little under the same price. Crazy.

Sounds like you got it at a good enough price to make the issues worth your time. I'll be interested to see how you fix the problems with this one, like the sunroof, driver door not closing right, rear door handles being loose, tailgate bend, door seals, windshield seal...etc. I'd love to see you get all those pesky things fixed before the custom stuff starts. Very nice truck I own a 2005 in my profile picture on RU-vid crew cab 5.3 4wd love the crew cab I paid 250$ for the truck a couple years ago had rust but i live in the north: been buying panels and fixing it up that truck you have is in mint condition with 193k miles 10k is a lot of money trucks probably worth 4-4500 honestly 5 the most but other then that great truck! Good buy you’ll be happy crew cab classics are the best my truck is so loyal to me!

Love the truck I have a 2005 crew cab chevy Silverado 1500 z71 LT fully loaded with factory sunroof as well and I have power folding mirrors you should check if yours are powering folding.
