Valk getting Blue beam and heal at the same time would be good. Nano Gives Damage buff and mitigation. With valk it would only be heals. I think tethering just one person would be the balance.
But valk lets her move more rapidly than any other hero, perform safe rezes, solo dive the backline, and quickly spread healing to her whole team. It’s powerful enough.
2:32 Both beams is good but i feel they should reduce the damage boost if that were the case. Team-wide damage boost that isnt reliant on standing behind a window or focusing on one target specifically is incredibly strong. Given its an ultimate, having team-wide healing as well connected to an extremely hard to hit mobile target, the damage boost should be around 15% at most (instead of the current 25%). AoE sustain at 60 hp/s + 15% teamwide damage boost at the same time makes it incredibly potent, and also has the high likelihood of a rez during the fight. 60 hp/s and 25% damage boost at the same time would make it a basically team-wide discord orb that cant be cleansed or anything like that while the whole enemy team gets an assload of heals, so i think that'd be too much lol
As much as I despise Mercy and a good portion of her player base (there's few humble ones), that would be a decent buff to Mercy Ult. However maybe the damage boosted could be reduced, cause imagine trying to even peak an entire team that's damage boosted. Yeesh... And if they keep the normal damage boost, then reduce the duration of her ult. Or reduce her movement speed. And remove the infinite ammo- It's stupid how that's even a thing in the first place.
2:58 genji’s ult makes the game death simulator and bastion’s is run from the tickle monster. Both cosmetic as they could not use it all game and no one would notice.
