Does somebody know from where do we have official lore for such places as canada and mexico? Fallout 1, 2 and NV are on west coast while fallout 3 and 4 are east coast.

We dont, they spend hours designing lore for these nations, stuff like Colorado lore comes from the cancelled fallout van buren and tactics.

I NEVER see anyone use actual tanks in owb, have never actually used em myself either, they're usually way too expensive and not worth it. although I have only ever played against AI which can be easily stomped by just infantry when I play. the ai that uses tanks almost always runs out and keels over before they can do anything too
