Nobody used Obsidian Cage Technic. (Basically, it's like : You get a Diamond Pick [or iron if you are crazy], you get a water bucket, you cover 4 layers of lava with obsidian, you mine until you get between the 1st and last layer of obsidian, you block yourself above you with the obsidian you mined, and you are safe ! Even if the lava reaches Y=256)

The smartest way is to get a few water buckets and when the lava is close start pouring it on you so when it reaches you it turns to obsidian and you are stuck in an obsidian cage till the challenge ends How do I have sooooo many likes, I this idea was made by another RU-vid called Unspeakable, check him out
