if you want to change your keybinds, i highly recommend using LMB for attack prediction, RMB for stalemate prediction, and mouse wheel (maybe capslock since you bound your flywheel there?) for stalemate! it makes it a lot easier since you can just press F to have the menu open and then use your mouse for the rest :) kind of like anti!
@@fohila it's actually even easier, you just press 3-4-5 instantly, without the need to toggle that menu with F. So press skill/attack prediction, then stalemate and that's it.
YOU HAVE TWO PREDICTIONS PER HELMET ZEEZ always use itttttt 😭. P.s. if you think you are going against a good hunter who knows how to beat Knight, always reverse your OWN predictions. For example, if the hunter is super close, use ability. They'll predict YOU to use the standard "attack", prediction and try to bait it out, which will be exactly what you ACTUALLY expected.
@@edgarvaldishmore like bluffing . The higher and higher you get in match making(and soon in rank) the more you should expect hunters to know what knight would pick, so you have to do the opposite.
Knight may not be everyone's cup of tea given his perceived inconsistency, but I really enjoy characters like him with heavy mindgame and psychology involved as my ultimate goal isn't to always win. His gameplay reminds me of the whole reason I enjoy IDV in the first place. Plus, he has helped me SO much in learning more about the various hunters' tactics and in predicting attack/ability timings. And not to mention learning to rescue!! I feel your pain too much when it comes to rescuing, but Knight made me more willing to do so. He really brings me out of my comfort zone in such an enjoyable way. I'm really killing multiple birds with a stone thanks to this character, when it comes to improving my game sense around any hunter :)
I've been playing Knight since his skin came out. Zeez, I can show you a clip I did vs. A Gamekeeper and a 5 cipher kite I did where I predicted everything and mind gamed the poor guy. I personally have become a Knight main and I say he is A-tier in the right hands. If you're a hunter main, you can play Knight easily. I have like a 90% predict rate One tip I would also say is to stop thinking of Knight as a "prediction" and think of it more as a tool to block 1 option. "I don't want to get hit with an ability right now. deny him the ability to do so-- now I can stall til I transition" you can also be a bit reactive with it. If I hear blink, if I don't get hit immediately, I predict attack to waste the blink"
Zeez you should always use a second prediction, because any correct guess gives you the speed boost which can save you, and at worst you lock one of the hunter's options. For example, in the gamekeeper match endgame you might have made that pallet if you had the stalemate speed boost.
If you ever do pick up Knight as your main rescuer, I'd say after making your first prediction, default to stalemate as your 2nd prediction immediately, don't wait for the hunter to make a move. That way even if you don't get hit, you at least get the speed boost.
8:00 i havent seen that trick in a while!! holy moly your reaction was insane shdhdh not the wheezing 10:30 "doesnt matter for me i am cooo(wheeze)ked" shdhdh 11:27 THE MINDS EYE SPEED BOOST NO WAY 23:50 the zoom in on the wallpaper dude shdhsh
my favourite thing right now is sealing off naiad's ability after she's already put down her harpoon so she's forced to stay in that state, unable to dash or finish her abyss as desired
I believe I finally found my main among survivors! I've been playing so many survs during last 3 years but I didn't really like anyone specifically. But Richard just suits me so good, I love predicting and mind gaming, I like his lore and appearance and his abilities are good And my hunter main is photographer who is also about mind gaming
13:48 was sooo good I swear omg sadly I cant watch your videos with zeus bc he makes me uncomfortable but Im super glad you changed your opinion and had fun with Richard! At first I thought his rescue ability was useless bc of the ts but watching gameplays I realized he can be quite a distance from the hunter and make it clean! The only think I dont like is that your teammates cant tell what you are doing so they will cover for tou in the wrong times :((
THE BLINK DROP DOWN FROM THE WHEEL WAS INSANE??? Also you did great! Honestly knight is still new, he’s such a gambler character which is exciting but incredibly risky… I think with time people will learn how to use tricks to get goated kites;D this video was so fun and funny omg
I don’t know about you or anyone else but the quick match queue times last night were SOOOO LONG. It’s probably because everyone and their mothers wanted to play Knight. But I guess it’s understandable since he’s new and he looks really fun to play!! I’m glad you enjoyed playing him!!
That last match was so awesome!! Everything came together, teamwork style >:0 also side note, the editing is so fun this video! I hope we get to see more knight soon!
I haven’t started watching the video fully but i just wanted to say I love your videos zeez and i hope you don’t stop uploading you give this community a nice breathe of fresh air:-)
If you don’t kite early game or save your stuff your ability could potentially be a guarantee gate escape and dungeon escape if the hunter can hit you with their skill
26:02 God, this takes me back so far. Great video and showcase of Knight. Overall, I do think Knight can be a solid A tier. His rescue ability is extremely hard to deal with as Hunter, which makes him almost a guarantee rescuer. A few things to note. You already mention this in your comment and I'm sure you already know this, but be sure to use that second predict. It can come in handy, especially if you use stalemate. If you're going against a Hunter who has resources (ex. Ithaqua, Polun, Geisha, or Peepers) or a Hunter with an extremely short cooldown (Wu Chang, FG, Naiad, or Feaster) it wouldn't be a bad idea to ability predict first instead of attack predicting. That way, the Hunter will try and use their ability to counter your attack predict, only to get silenced and you to gain your speed boost. You can then either attack predict or stalemate depending on the situations. This might cause the Hunter to second guess themselves and go for an attack next time, which then you can guess attack and them to fall for it. In the words of our lord and savior, "don't let your enemy know your next move." If you use ability predict while a Hunter's weapon is out (ex. Infinite Nirvana, Harpoon, or FG pickaxe), the Hunter will get silenced when they try to recall their weapon. This can be insanely good if you need to make a window against the Hunter and their weapon is out, as it grants you a free vault. Be careful, however. If the Hunter is silenced when their timer is up, they will automatically have their weapon back, so keep that in mind. Overall, Knight's a great rescue character and I've been having fun predicting and supporting with him. I hope you will keep playing him and having more fun with him
What on god greens earth was that terrifying blink THAT WAS CRAZY. Predicting what the hunter will do makes me so nervous I do it to early or to late either way I mess up I’m trying to get better with him and understand him a bit more
7:57 Helloooo???!! I didn't expect the blink omg 11:46 The time I played I never got that map 🥺 12:44 zeez pro player yeess 13:49 YIPEEEE 14:06 NO WAAAAAY 😭 I think I spoke too soon HAHA 14:48 🙉 16:30 niceee kit 23:45 what bad luck 🙉 25:15 THE BLINK AND THE SEER HAHAHAHHA OMG
i’m having so much fun as knight and i think he’s pretty decent against a lot of the meta hunters rn to a extent so next season i might play him and try for top 10 once i practice more
hey zee something just happened to someone that I was friends with I don't feel so right now but I'm just letting you know you always cheer me up ty zee
i havent tried knight so correct me if im wrong, but i feel like his ability prediction seems so much more useful than hit attack prediction, you can fully nullify a hunter from using an ability, especially if you get in a spot where there is a pallet or a window between yall, if done right i feel like you can basically turn any killer into an m1 only hunter, meaning you just have to rely on your kiting skill and not worry about something like a geisha butterfly
Knight is very hard to play and so mind game heavy. It's a unique mechanic and I think he has potential, albeit it would take some effort to master it.
This is the case "what you need not what you want" Zeez you need to predict Not always spam the predict attack You think what hunter will do and chose You have a mind set as a hunter so that not difficult for you to do Hope it work well for you ❤❤❤❤
Cannot let a Zeez video go unwatched, he do looks fun to play!! But I'm going to be saving for Mikes Hunter and his surv. So when his hunter comes out, I'll be able to get them both!! hmm.. I think I'll use what THE WILL BROTHERS used in hospital!!
I think Knight might be good in the future once people know how to master him, but time will tell if he’s good or not. Hopefully he is 🙏 I really like his abilities and his lore🎶
Knight definitely will be my new main, I love him. I just wish my team would stop going for the rescue when I'm already on my way and they don't even have Tide equipped. Last time I asked the Faro Lady why she went for the rescue instead of letting me do it and her answer was "because I can". xD He's a super fun character, though. I really like him!
When i use knight, i ALWAYS do double predict attack because most hunters so far usually only use one ability because they dont expect you to do double attack predict LOL
