Haha, I can laugh at any blasphemy I want without offending my own culture! Because I have no religion! Which is honestly quite depressing because I believe in nothing after death.
@@oldtimegames96 because technically it's making fun Jesus and Mary as well as his birth, basically no jokes about any sort of major icon in religion (or at least for how I was raised in Christianity)
@That V.I kid I was brought up Catholic and am now an atheist. Still sang this as a kid, along with many other charming tunes such as ring around the roses. I was brought up on choir and church psalms. However, now I like metal and honestly am at peace with myself. Ultimately, there's no correlation between religion and music in my opinion.
@@alucardian101 you are so wrong it's not even funny Religion and music are so intertwined. The father of classical music Johann Sébastien Bach wrote only over 300 sacred cantatas. Also churches are one of few places keeping organs for people to compose music. If want to take it to the modern age SLAYER entire idea and music is based of Christianity. Tom Araya even said it was his catholic school upbringing that gave him the idea, because the scariest thing he could think of was the Devil. Even Sabbath wore crufixes at every show cause it brought them luck. If you want to go super historical religions are the ones who trained most musicians and had songs written down. Atheists gaves us philosophy and Vladimir Putin.
No!no it does not I love this man's videos but that shirt makes him a sick sick man it truly hurts my heart to see someone with a wonderful sense of humor projecting those images so casually .........sigh just fuck bro come on
I thought Mary had a little Lamb was inspired by the story of Jesus, yet it is a weird coincidence that the real story was that a girl named Mary raised a Lamb after it was abandoned by its mother as a result the Lamb follows her every where.
well pain from child birth is said to be one of the punishments for original sin when adam and eve were kicked out of eden and Mary is said to have been born sinless so she would be a proper mother for God so i am guessing that means giving birth to Jesus was not actually painful and therfore Mary would not have made much noise. I also remember hearing somewhere that Jesus did not cry as a baby but that might be a thing people made up later. Though that is not to say you need to beleive any of this it just lines up in the bible that it was more than likely prety quiet despite someone giving birth in a barn.
This is on the same level as my communion joke. If communion wafers are Jesus's flesh, and Jesus is the Lamb of God, then does that mean communion wafers are Lamb chops?
You know, I found this somehow warming to heart and funny at the same time. You never think about the details of things, especially regarding your own belief. *Mary had a little lamb.* That's gold. (Hope the Lord doesn't get angry on me for this one.💧💧)
Yeah but why does it say, "whose fleece was white as snow she took it to school one day school one day school one day Mary had a little lamb something like that"
