Kali please don’t ever feel ashamed when you are in a funk , depression is caused by an imbalance. Please find someone you can talk to when you are in a funk . You are an amazing person and a wonderful mom . My best friend committed suicide last year and I think of him every day . Much love to you and your family ❤️

I go through the same thing it's so hard I finally broke down and got back on a prescription. It's so hard to just fight yourself through life especially when we have these awesome kids to enjoy❤️ sending you the best hope you find what works for you!

So the funk could be that your parasite cleansing and your not taking a binder with it. It's can cause a bunch of symptoms such as brain fog depression etc. A binder such as fulvic acid binds the toxins being released from the parasites. Also detoxing before hand is also something that should be done to make sure everything passage and organ is clear and ready for all the toxins that are going to be released

I have been on allergy shots for the last year. I moved onto maintenance dose after getting a shot every week. I will be on a maintenance dose for the next 3 to 5 years. They are not a bad thing. Its just the commitment.

i carved my first pumpkin without help i used to design it but i think i always needed help carving it i needed help taking out the seeds and that stuff (autism sensory issues) but i carved it and painted it on my own and i plan on putting it into a pumpkin contest i doubt it will win somebody did the easy way out disney thing of annoyance with the cinderella pumpkin carriage

i needed to go to a chiropractor for my neck as a teen i sometimes need to continue to the exercises but rarely and i know going to much to one a bad thing so i go when i absolutely need to but i been fine for many years now

good vid im allergic to the red chilli dye on pistachio nuts makes my fingers skin peel best ones but can barley eat them when im feeling that way....i play with my dogs or do things that make me laugh and enjoy doing

I had those tests too. I was told I was also allergic to the sun! I ignored that one lol. Kayli, how do you do that cute ponytail? Mine doesn't come out quite like that lol

Braille don’t take the shot unless it’s the only choice take medication and rub ointment on your back I had some thing similar on the back of my neck the doctor prescribed me to put this blue liquid on it every day all the time until it was gone in a matter of a week I wish I knew the name but it’s true please wash your back gently with warm water and dettol antibacterial soap every day, I know it’s hard to be sick but stay motivated please have high spirit Ok,I wish u feel better soon sister love u ❤

Braylee, do you sleep with your window closed? Sounds simple but I used to sleep with my window open and always feel miserable. Now I make my bedroom smell free and nature free and dont struggle with allergies as much anymore

I went through a heck of a funk and couldn't kick it. I tried meds and counseling which helped but never fully got back to a comfortable place. I had a friend tell me to get my hormones check by a dr that specializes in them. Holy cow! I cannot believe I waited so long. I was low on everything and thyroid was very low. After startting hormone therapy my life and energy feel like i am 30 again.! Maybe that could help? You are an amazing person with a lot on your plate. Keep being good to yourself!! 💜

how you are feeling sounds like why we are still here got made and that series all about depression and no need to feel ashamed it means there is something going on with your heart maybe its feeling sad about something and to try to have a convo about it i know a lot happened in your life maybe some undealt with things might be starting to bother you without realizing it or something you thought you dealt with but the pain might linger its always okay to be sad and unsure why i know my heart lets me know when i am needing to deal with my past when i thought i dealt with my past already i also knew somebody who needed to get a shot of benadryl to make an allergy go away but i thought that person drinking it/taking it as a pill might work as well for what they dealt with

for me i am allergic to the air but nothing gets done about that in the summer nose gets stuffed up so badly in the winter it drips so badly in the fall and spring it tends to be fine the pollution makes it a lot worse i need to stay inside and i been able to deal with it by finding a cold place in the summer (the basement but since i moved staying inside works) the masks also helped with that so when i go outside i use my masks and when i type about it i am like i am doing this because of pollution/chemicals i guess i am lucky mine tend to be more mild hawaiian misquotes in kawaii those i am allergic to my aunt almost wanted to get me treatment for them because she needed treatment for misquote bites but in 1 to 2 days the bite went away because kawaii misquote bites never last more then 1 hour for most people usually less

I had allergy testing done in my Senior year too, and they said either you have a few that are bad or you “light up like a Christmas Tree”…and I think Brai is definitely in the latter!!

Kayli! If Brai's allergies don't improve take her to an ENT!! I had such similar issues to brai at that age and it turned out I had nasal polyps. Definitely changed my life seeing an ENT! Feel better Brai, sending love your guys' way

Yes, you must sleep with a cool humidifier, shower before getting in bed, drink lots of water, and get you some Rootology love. Trust me, I understand 🙄 those shots will be forever
