I like the idea of bringing back the previous level up system but the ghoul mod got me thinking. Would it be better if every perk in a tree was a background point system with weird requirements. When you do certain actions you level up almost like Oblivion but have it set up in a way where if you go too far down one tree you get locked out of others. For example if you go too far down Ghoulish you can't utilize nor use Life Giver
The Capital Wasteland Mysterious Stranger mod doesn't just replace the clothes, it actually changes the appearance of the mysterious stranger, turning him from what could possibly be a mixed man of Asian and White with a brown mustache back to just basic white guy
That ghoulification mod is along the lines of the Quantum Eyes mod I suggested last video. Love the features modders r adding to the game. Fallout for life yo

I feel like the ghoullification mod would conflate with the ghoulish perk. There would be a stacking numbers on top of each other. The author should add when you choose the perk you start the process.
When I first played Fallout 4 I totally thought it’d turn you into a ghoul or give you the chance to. I agree that the mod author should try to somehow tie those together
I mean of course there's gonna be many capital wasteland mod releases, they have a roadmap that shows they're gonna release at least one mod, per week, and it'll go on for another 11 weeks
Fantastic job they're made it to became a ghoul. Maybe someday some modders would like to create possibility to became a Super Mutant. The only chance to have your own Super Mutant was un canon Fallout Tactics.
I downloaded a mod that replaces some vertibirds with UH60 Blackhawks, and I think I'd like to see a file that replaces personal flyable vertibirds with the Blackhawk
Kinda neat how the fallout 3 Yao guai look more like mutated black bears and the 4 variation look like mutated grizzly bears. Just curious how grizzlies got to Massachusetts.
Should absolutely clarify that if you use the ghoul mod and don't want to be a ghoul anymore, loading back a save is not going to be an option either as your body will look super messed up and your head will look normal. You'll need to fully back up your data folder before you install this and if you want to get rid of the ghoulification you need to replace the entire data folder AND THEN go back to the old save.
Always wanted a game that lets you become a ghoul, and the story could change deoending on it. Yes, a penalty on S.P.E.C.I.A.L. stats is requored to balance it because being not only immune to rads but they aldo cure you, that is kinda broken. Maybe -3 to charisma and -2 to endurance. Bur ir addd +1 to intelligence, and radiation cures you, ferals wont attack you and will even defend you, but can be provoked. Some Super Mutants may not even attack you because they wanr human meat, not ghoul meat. But some.towns are harder on you now, and may not even be welcomed in some. But you will be able to have new quests for new friends tho.
I hope we get more Ghost Recon clothing mods even the XM8 assault rifle in Fallout 4 . I would Mil-sim so hard on Fallout 4 not joking rocking out my Ghost Recon 2 stuff . If someone made it I'll be happy really happy yeahyeyeyeye 🔥!
I just downloaded the big horners mod and Yao guai mod I love em because it's nice seeing two different creatures from two different fallout games I wonder if someone would bring in swamp folk from point lookout
@@alenmack3471 It's given that these mods are labor of love for their respective modders, that's why we ought to support them. It's just that people were asking for remasters for a while now and it just feels like we're being ignored. Then what they did instead was to release a half finished MMO version of FO4, yes they got some fixes and patches down the years, but it should not have been broken at day one. These modders use their time and effort to go out there and improve FO4 years after release and even trying to port the older games onto the engine, its not disrespect, its not weaponization, its simply a fact that the modders were giving more attention to the game than the company itself.
I don't know about you all, but it makes me so sad that I can't play any of these mods because fallout 4 is just so glitchy that everytime I boot it up it breaks every 5 seconds
