One of the best and thorough videos I’ve seen. One thing nobody talks about is how hard is it to pedal if the battery dies. Some ebikes are unrideable. Wish I knew what it’s like.
Fantastic review. You hit on all the right subjects and wasn't afraid to mention the front wobble. There is a solution to the front wobble( another RU-vidr found the fix). I also own this ebike and just work around the wobble. I love all of the options available thru Aventon for this ebike. And I do agree with your suggestions on future updated models. Bravo!! Cool! Thanks for this review. I'm going to Sports Basement tomorrow to test drive this and also the Adventure 2. I'm a Doordash Delivery Driver who just got hired, so definitely need something. The adventure is faster though and can hold some cargo but not as much as this. I'm a big rider 6 feet 280 LBS. I previously had an electric bike company dual motor model X , but someone stole it 😭 from our apartment complex. Too bad the Aventon doesn't have a security system/alarm but I can find one. I need a good lock for this bike too. Probably going to get the Abound. If you can recommend a lock and alarm that works well with this cargo bike I would appreciate it ☮️
Great, thorough review. Subbed right away question: how much of a drawback is it that the speed is limited to 20 miles an hour? Well, that seems plenty fast to me, especially with cargo, it does limit how much you mix it up with cars.
Bought this bike 2 weeks ago. Love this bike, it's a game changer. Too bad you can only get it in sage and not the blue color. And the front fender metal is way too thin.
We call it the truck in my house hold… well at least I do and I love it 😂. My wife went and got a full load of groceries the other day and was shocked she could fit so much on the bike and still ride comfortably.
