We pull the houseboat off the lake and head back to Hampton to really get to work on the catamaran with the help of Alex. Also, we visit James in Elizabeth City, NC and then meet some amazing people at The Great Dismal Swamp welcome center who are headed south on an incredible boat!

Those Byozean only grow on boats that don't move! You have nice friends to let you leave in in the woods.i bet it will be their 10 yrs from now......you should sell it while it's still in clean condition before the mold takes over.

Thanks for the update! I've lived in a marina for over 20 years and I have never seen anything like what was on the bottom of your houseboat... and the boat was only there for 2 months. Wow! Oh well, it's on to the catamaran. Next stop... FLORIDA! Yea! Keep having fun guys! See you in the next video.

Do go back and tarp that houseboat Securely to the trailer, and I hope you put something under the wheels, so it doesn't sink into the ground. Get serious on that Cat..less kite flying,more boat work ;) if you really want to get down to Florida, and make sure to keep your eyes peeled for a small dinghy, also storage on the boat for it so you don't have to tow it always. New Year, new boated fixed up and sailing ;)

If I saw my houseboat being dragged through the woods, I'd be yelling NOOOO, instead of Yeeesss! Sell it. It's not going to last long in the woods with tree sap, debris, falling limbs, raccoons, mice, and a whole host of other things. The only worse place to park it would be at the bottom of a lake.
