1/2 cup / 125 ml warm milk
1/2 cup / 125 ml warm water
1 tbsp / yeast
1/2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
500g flour
50g unsalted butter
مواد لازم برای نان روغنی سنتی ارومیه :
آب ولرم ۱/۲ پیمانه - ۱۲۵ میلی لیتر
شیر ولرم ۱/۲ پیمانه - ۱۲۵ میلی لیتر
خمیر مایه یک قاشق غذاخوری
شکر نصف قاشق غذاخوری
نمک یک قاشق چایخوری
آرد ۵۰۰ گرم
کره بدون نمک ۵۰ گرم
