Well, when they Tbag in chase they are just trying to hide and the Tbag when you are injured means that the bot what's to heal you,also when they slow walk into you a gen they are trying to get on it,but someone is on that gen place(working)
I think adding bots to replace DCs has no downside even if they are terrible. Whether they are working gens or derping around getting chases, they are contributing more than the nothing of the DC.
These bots are specifically designed to teach new players. They will ignore a player on hook if they think you should be the one to go for the save instead of just gen jockeying. They will intentionally walk into a trap in your face to show off where popular locations for traps tend to be. They specifically work with the Trapper bot to force the player into Important Learning Experiences™. They would barely function in a real match.
I would love it, if you can do custom games with those bots. It would be especially helpful for beginners, because they can try out more things and can figure out what character they want to use and which perks would fit for one
it would be good for players who dont really want to play in a ranked type manor either. Because sometimes I really just want to fool around but I dont have enough players to do it and I dont always want to look my ranks either
@@fitz9806 Mhm, the only problem is that in this mode your stuck as one specific character without any perks, items, addons, or offerings, which are the bulk of the game and what gives the different characters variety outside of their designs and powers. I would love to play matches with bots more than with actual players because I want some way to grind out bloodpoints for my characters without having to play actual matches against players who are guaranteed to be better than me.

@@BiWiinning ohoho, on mobile, players that dc do get replaced by bots, and guess what, they never miss a swing, huntress never misses hatchets and nurse never misses blinks and bot survivors know how to loop although this is only at high ranks, their skill is based on the average rank of the match
9:25 that happens on mobile actually, you can tell when the game replaces a teammate with a bot because when they heal you it says "claudette" instead of the player's username
It's also hilarious because yes they will absolutely leave you on the hook and run out the escape if given a chance, and if the bot has a key bc the person who DC'd they'll get the hatch
Literally came back for exactly one game for the first time in two months, broke 5 totems and the Huntress's Ruin is on a 6th totem god knows where outside the map.
I’ve only played DBD Mobile and they had Bots since the beginning. I always wondered why they didn’t have Bots on regular DBD. I mean, they aren’t great, but better the player gets replaced when DC’ing, and yes they def do Gens. If they are on an objective they will finish their objective first, even if you are on the hook right next to the Gen they are working on😂
bots from dbdmobile are shite, they used to tap hooked survivors if they were in the terror radius and now they just run away to a corner every time they feel the heartbeat lmao
@@judas8093 they’ve actually gotten a bit better, but I would still rather have a bot than end up with a 3 or 2 V 1, at least they for sure do Gens and heal you. Besides Bots are better than half my solo q teammates😂
I was laughing so hard I just died in the tutorial but it said I completed the tutorial? LOL this must be the Solo-Q tutorial. Next they should make advanced tutorials, where you're paired with 3 SWF pink haired Nea bots.
If it makes you feel better, I'm on pc and I have players lag out constantly, I crash 50 percent of the time I try to open the game and the new map was disabled after 1 hour live so I'm just in a perpetual loop of coldwind farm and nothing else
@@SA-tf3my I've literally been experiencing exactly this, i deranked three times due to the game crashing out of nowhere, which the game penalizes me for despite the fact that their game crashing on me is... outside of my capability?? I'm not willingly pressing alt+f4. My matches have also been like 80% coldwind farm and the other 20% being macmillan estate, it hurts :(
i play dbd mobile and i love that when someone dcs a bot replace them, because at least we will have someone to do the gens and to save the others, they could be really helpful sometimes

Mobile player here , you don't want that to happen. Either they let you die on hook because the killer is near by or they die really fast with a real killer player :p

I feel like the bots should have a full game mode. The mode could have difficulty settings for the bots skill levels, and it could give people experience on how to play against players of different skill levels.
I’ve been experimenting with the bots for quite some time after they came out. The bots prioritize getting chest in the beginning, mainly one bot so you could still be able to get a beamer. However, you’re unable to actually flash light save the survivor bots. I’m not sure why this happens but it does.
A literal bot in my game somehow managed to escape without me noticing that he existed in rank 6 And it was a Dwight Maybe I'm just a trash player and the bots are just literal gods at the game
been playing mobile for awhile now where I get bots in my games semi regularly when people dc, and let me tell you that bots are better than 90% of the actual player base
me and my friend ran pig around the map for 5 gens and we didn’t even see the 2 megs on our team that escaped with coming to save us. we didn’t see them once
I actually want to see the option to add bots in Kill Your Friends/Custom Games. It would be really nice to have a bot on the surv team to balance things out it you don't have enough friends to play with at the time.
Hi James from da past They added bots when someone dc's and i have seen them get crows or kill themselves like instantly on second hook. Sometimes they work and most of the time they belong into the bin, just like felix.
Yup I mentioned this in the DbD reddit and killer mains swore on their lives that I was wrong and that I was just bad at the MMR matched me with bad teammates. It's kinda obvious when a survivor just walks against a pile of tires or a wall for like 10 secs, but hey, I guess people on reddit know better.
I learned the trapper bot will literally miss every attack as long as you just run away. no mind games or Los breaking required. hewill always swing too early and miss.
No, listen, that’s an upcoming perk where survs can vault as much as they want but Jake was using a mori so instead of the mori it switched to the accidental leak of the new perk, the Jake was just having fun with it
This reminds me of the bot version of the Trapper in the tutorial. I took him to an L and T wall and he just kept swinging at me staring from the other side of the window. Lol After a full minute when he didn't do anything else I ran to the shack.
If Survivor bots can be "deployed" automatically when a lobby takes too long to fill, it would save _so much_ time... However Killer bots would be harder to balance since they would either be the equivalent of homing Predator missiles or the AI of Left 4 Dead. The "Survive with bots" Killer is frightingly quick to find you despite being the Trapper while being a total potato in chases.
Yo big brain idea, you know I’m Friday the 13th the game when a dead survivor can come back as (forgot his name) but he has a shot gun and is all suited up that could be a fun cross over if a player dc’s a message comes up that says so and so has arrived
The only downside to having bots replace DC players is how many pallets they might use. If they throw them early constantly, then they can get through a lot. Or, if the killer has certain perks like PWYF, STBFL, Devour, etc. that could make use of farming bots, then it could be a negative, but I do think the negatives outweigh the positives. My only condition is the bot should come in with the same number of hooks as the DCed person. A lot of DCed persons tend to leave after getting downed when they're on last hook in my experience, and it would suck for the killer to just have a whole new healthy, hook free survivor to contend with (even if it is a bot lol.)
The bot killer is meant to miss and meant to not be able to hit you well because hes in the tutorial for extremely new players, if he could loop perfectly they wouldnt learn and would just die
So funny story of me. When the exits are open, i try to unhook megalodon and try to body block her but ended up being hook and she just left me behind lol
Direly need bot mode because the mobile game and Identity V had a bots mode, since DBD's rule, especially characters skills and perks, is something that not really ideal to be learned on-the-go especially how if the skills and perks is detrimental or helpful to overall play.
