I hope not. Her music sounds way more ethereal now than those generic beats

@@jovytas6989 not really. born to die, ultraviolence and honeymoon are all very different from her newer albums and they’re still “ethereal”. her new sound isn’t as cinematic or interesting

These producers were her best. Emile and Larry. I think she had a fight with Emile. Did she?

Lol shes literally still cool with Emile. They hung out at an art exposition a few months ago. & He even posted about the anniversary of Born To Die. So i have no idea where that even came from

@@LanaDelReyInterviewsArchive That's good. I read that they had a fight before she made Lust for Life so he didn't work with her for awhile, but then they made up more recently. Enty lawyer also said she was apologizing to a couple producers who she didn't work with for awhile.

I think her first four albums were so absolutely unique and BTD is probably the most innovative alt-pop album. I think she had so much potential to build upon that but somewhere along the way she lost the touch and i guess went a different direction which is ok but nowhere near as innovative and experimental as the first four albums
@LanaDelReyInterviewsArchive

The BTD sound is where she started. But it wasn't where she wanted to stay. Because overtime her writing and singing was leaning more towards less emphasis on the production, and more on the poetry. Nevertheless I appreciate every aspect of what she brings to the table.

I don't listen much to her newer songs and albums, but I was fully obsessed with BTS and other songs that I'm not sure made Dark Paradise or not, but that era had her best songwriting bc it wasn't just the lyrics but sonically it was so cinematic and aesthetic
