As Christmas is fast approaching, I'm preparing to make my traditional Christmas cake. So today, I'm soaking dry fruits which will be used to make my Christmas cake. I will soak these dry fruits between 4 to 6 week and then it will be perfectly ready and mature to make a delightful Christmas cake which I will show you in part 2 of this video next week.
