Doesn't your glycerol have an H to much at 10:04? The one in the middle should only be called "C" - or am I wrong? Carbon shouldn't be able to make 5 bonds???
the number of bonds is determined by the number of electrons in the outer shell of an atom i.e. valence electron, so in the case of carbon, it can only share its electron with other elements or with another carbon with 4 bonds , the sharing is called covalent bond
