I have so many people asking what cutter, planer, etc. I use. Most of my tools are homemade, so I have nothing to recommend. Everyone likes my green wire cutter, but it's not available anymore. It cuts horizontally and vertically, and it cuts slabs because there are no limitations on the height of the loaf/slab that you push through it.
