New Sub here- great explanation, especially on how much fragrance oil to us. I have been doing it all wrong! I wasn't adding the lye & water amount used, only the oils used, so my 32oz batch went to 49.5. No wonder my scents were light & faded away. VERY helpful TY!
Im trying to make powdered laundry soap but I'm having trouble getting the scent to stick to the clothing after going through the wash and dry cycle. Do you have any advice on what i could do to make the scent last? Thank you for the informative video!
I've actually never tried making powdered laundry detergent.. I don't have any advice for you as far as that, I'm sorry! I did google it for you tho and it says you could try using essential oils instead of regular fragrance oil since essential oils tend to last longer.
