I just made it on photoshop randomly. 1. Make a package and place a soap inside. 2. Mark where you’d like to place a name or ingredients list, or whatsoever you’d like on your package. 3. Undo the package into a flat piece of paper. 4. Measure where your marks located and mark it on your photoshop project or any web software that you’re using. 5. Type whatever you prefer to be on your package within your markers and print. 6. Make a package with print already in place. You may need to print a couple of trials to make it perfect or so.
This was exactly what I needed! Thank you for this great tutorial. I modified it a little to accommodate two bars of soap... The sides do not come together to close completely, but I like that because you can see the top of the soap! I put a lining of tissue paper inside also. Great for gift giving!
beautiful, but I wouldn´t want to do this for every bar of soap that I sell. Far to time-consuming. Great for the odd gift though & thanks for sharing.
sandracroft8 everyone is a looking for a most convenient packaging that works best for them. I’m giving soap as gifts, mostly, so, I can play around with packaging. Thank you for stopping by and for commenting! 💗
When you get to 0.40 sec into video and can see how this is going to come together and think wow! what is the magical origami folding??! Thanks for the video!, Am using this to wrap my 3 pack of holiday soaps
Natalya K thank you, I’m happy you found this video useful. A little tip - print logo/name of the soap on the front, ingredients on the back, or, use stickers 😊
@@tiame Thank you ☺️. I am making few trials for wrapping my soaps, I got already a crochet one and it's looks beautiful but takes two hours to make it 😂
koskaloca I used to make crocheted soap pockets, yes, very time consuming. Did you try making boxes for your soap? I have tutorial of ones you can make for any size and shape of soap bar.
Gracias por compartir. Que medida tiene la hoja por favor? Esto sólo se usa en jabones cuadrados, no es posible para pastas redonda? Agradezco tu repuesta.
Thanks for your question. The way I did it is. First, I made a package from a paper I chose to use. After it put together, I marked the area where I want my information to be located. Unwrap the paper and make a measurements. Then mark the needed area in Photoshop or whatever editor you would use and tape in information. Print.
This is regular paper for a printer. 8.5x11 inches. You can use slightly larger or smaller any decorative paper or craft paper, just make sure it bends well.
The size of the paper is 8.5”x11” - just regular paper for a printer. Also I was using different kind of paper, much thicker and it’s worked just fine. Make sure you are using rectangular shape paper, not a square-ish. Follow the video step by step and it will work out. Please, let me know if you have any questions
