i watched this at the end of 2020 because i wanted to include a vibraphone in a school digital composition. i came back to this now. the vibraphone is a truly beautiful instrument, i feel so at peace listening to this. i feel like im floating in a very happy place ❤

one of my friends in high school played this solo for their junior year. me and some other people had a running joke of singing the the part when you hit the keys with the shaft of the mallet.

I normally don’t comment on videos I’m using to learn a song, but I just wanted to say you impressed my tutor more than I’ve ever seen him be before. This man has met and worked with dci players and even taught in Texas to championship bands, and he is continually blown away by your performance of this piece.

I didn’t even know what a vibraphone was and now it’s one of my favorite instruments. So beautiful! What a joy to watch. ❤
