One simple solution for this problem. You know that you will come back someday on non-vegetarian diet that's why you are missing non-veg food soo much. If you quit non veg then baat kuch aur he hogi. Mene bhi non veg chord Diya 1.5 years pehele and now I m very happy aur mujhe non veg khane ki urge bhi ni hoti. But we all know that you are an athlete and you have represented our country to the next level so salute for that So non veg is your basic requirement It's your need So no need to worry Baaki best of luck for this challenge and aage ke future goals ke liye Lots of love bhaiya❤️

I have been doing workout since 2021 and my body looks shredded and good looking but if I say I can compare myself from all unnatural guy's who taking all kinds of unnatural like non veg ,tables etc so, it's not matching. the conclusion is that if you want to do competition than you shouldn't be natural and I agreed with your beard man everything he said ... ❤

This made me pause the video because....... this happened At last someone out there really relates to me in terms of diet as i am a vegetarian and a person who doesn't consume supplements its very very difficult to complete your proteins goals and maintain a physique took 2 years to gain 11kg's on my body and i really appreciate you telling it out loud on how difficult it is and this made me feel lighter on my self as it was stuck on my mind why am i not getting any bigger.......

Bhaiyaa mei bhi kr raha hu 75 hard aapke saath 💪, Aur meine 2023 dec ko he veg pae shift kiya hai , starting ke 2-3 months thoda strength kum aur physique mei fullness jayada ayi thi , muscle visibility kum thinkyunki carbs intake high the then jab 75 hard start kiya tho 2nd workout mei vho extra calories balance ho jati thi aur abb gradually mera strength and muscle mass & definition badh raha hai (So be positive Bhaiyaaa, veg diet ko aur 4-5 months continue karo definitely achhe results ayengae❤

if calorie and protein is same like before becoming vegetarian , probably protein absorption rate will b issue , if veg may b more protein may help I think , but calorie also gets increase when add more bcz of more portion size

just one qs.......upper chest ke liye help chahiye.....weight , isolation try kiya 2 months ho gye but sirf stretch marks aa rhe...need a improvement...(back improved by previous tip of heavy and isolated lat pull downs)

Bhagwat geeta agar padhne k baad bhi ye sawal aa raha hai ki main non vegetarian ho jau to, koi mtlb ni hai padhne kaa Bhagwat geeta ki disrespect mtt kro ek influencer ho krr Agar kisi ko apni physique pyari hai to geeta ka meaning bhi ni smjh skta.
