Great video, Svetlana. It was very interesting to hear about how the Russian education system operates. And I really enjoy riding cable cars 🚡 also. Very peaceful and relaxing.
Such a nice video, not just the stunning landscape, but also your family. The arguments towards the end made me smile. No matter where we live families are the same.
Sochi is quite beautiful. Good to see there is a normal side to life, considering the Ukrainian conflict. Stay safe, and thank you for sharing your remarkable journeys. Always a great video, Svetlana.
Svetlana, I really enjoy your videos and learning about Russia! You sister is a unique person and I enjoy it when you include in your videos. Your family members all seem to be close and full of life!
Svetlana and Sonya -- Many thanks for showing us around the Caucasus Mountains which were truly captivating, with glorious scenic views. On one such journey you told us that the cable car took you to the top, but you had to walk down the mountain which took an hour. I think it pays to be fit! It was nice to hear about the children returning to school on the first day of September (2022). In a word or two, you said you hated school. But I bet you regret not having paid proper attention to your lessons, so you would know more about the world you live in. It was so nice of the children to bring flowers for their teacher. Best wishes for Sonya as she started her university course last year. Thank you also for sharing those moments with your family. One lady was a very good cook. Sorry you got soaked going home in Sochi. Always take an umbrella with you in the autumn. Good luck with your adventures in the Maldives. I wish I was going. But be careful of swimming in the sea. There are large predators out there. never ever swim at dusk, during the night or at dawn. Sharks love to feed at that time. Svetlana, if you can, I would like to hear from you interviewing Russian women and ask them what they think of Western men. Would they consider marrying a foreigner? What does the average Russian woman seek? Any questions along those lines. It would make a great video. Good luck.
Here in the USA growing up I went to catholic school so I wore a dress shirt tie and shoes through school. I think it helps so poor kids dont get criticized for not having the most fashionable clothes...Nice video My prayers go out to the russian people at this difficult time. I fought in Iraq and made it home but some of my friends didnt....war is sad ..it is the work of the so called chosen politicians....not of the regular people.
Thank you for showing this very interesting side of Russia. I also loved your editing and cinematogrphy, especially in the start with the ride up and ride down the gondola.
Thanks for sharing this with us your are the best 🤗 I always love watching your videos you are so Gorgeous 😍 Wow please keep up the great work you do for us 🤗 please take care of yourself and be safe beautiful 😻🤗🙏✌️
Svetlana, thank you so much for sharing your life and adventures and your homeland. I visited Russia back in 1993 for two weeks when I was in high school on a cultural exchange program called "Friendship Force" started by one of our former presidents Jimmy Carter. Your videos are like a personal tour from a friend and the length are perfect. Looking forward to more of your great videos. Blessings to you and your family.
It is very cute, how Svetlana love her "little" sister. ❣ But now she is turning from girl into young woman. Studying at university, long distance from your family is start of adult age. It is surprising that university start 1st September. Ours starts month later and ends in May.
5:04😅 11:05 Not big on uniform myself. Had to wear it when I went to school in Taiwan. The only exception was on Saturdays, which were less formal, half day schedule. Couldn't have been happier when I immigrated to the US. Say what you will about the US education system, I did enjoy the fact that I can wear whatever I want to classes.
I'm from the U.S. and at least in my state we go to school from late August until June. The food was also pretty bad when I went to school but my mom works as a secretary at a school and she says that the food is better nowadays. Long live Russia!!
How can it be hot, ten thousand feet up in the mountains? I'm thinking 🤔, you're so used to extremely cold weather, that normal cold weather 🌡️ doesn't phase you. 😮. Your sister was completely covered, so it's mind blowing to watch you ride a cable car up to the top of a mountain, with only a tank top covering your torso. I'm very happy that you are having great moments with your family. Be blessed always 🙏
Very nice video. Thank you for sharing & being candid. And you look marvelous as usual Sveti. It's very nice of you to show the similarities, between us. Americans are propagandized by our Main Stream Media & our gov to make us think you are enemy and we should hate you. So it's very enlightening to see your expose' of people in Russia, traditions & customs. Very beautiful scenery at the resort. Bye for now, see you in your next video. PS Are you getting close to wedding day? ben/ michigan
Nice to see you again; you look fabulous, as always (and The Hair!). Thanks for this vlog about this beautiful place. Your information about Russian schools is really interesting. Flowers for the teachers . . .
Great video:-) I visited sochi in 1999 and saw my dream girl sitting on a park bench in rivyera park. She was brunette and green eyes. She was wearing a red Adidas jacket and scarf. If you see her will you say hello for me. Her name was rooster
Marvellous, Sveta, as always, and delightful to watch. I was intrigued to learn that Russia takes school shootings seriously: maybe tight security is more effective than thoughts and prayers.
Who is the lady in the red dress? 😇// Love that everybody is having a good time @ 4:35. Here we only seeing the bad news about Russia and how bad it should be. There is no place perfect but if you don't share there is something wrong.
