The planning of a wedding can be stressful and take a lot out of you. Your marriage is naturally also a priority for the both of you and staying healthy means self care for yourself and your husband. Self care is a must. If nothing else, take a few hours each week to pour into yourself. Sundays from 4-9 is what I’ve set aside for myself. The name change process is a beast! Next time I get married I’m going to use his name socially but not legally. It’s too much of a hassle.

There are people I know who left their biz name as is even though their legal name changed, because people already knew them with their former name so they didn't want to change. Unless you felt really strongly about your biz name matching your legal name, I think you could have left it and avoided the extra hassle. Happy Easter
