Tik tok is the source of all evils because it induce my heart when I have a rest.The scarest thing is when you tired of recommended thing but you still can't control your fingers to stop scroll down. So I sincerely recommend every person addicted in social media to rest yourself without social media for one day,you will find one day become longer than the past days and you can do many meaningful things that you complained no time to do

yeah man, I was walking my dog earlier and sometimes I like to have a peep through peoples windows not in a weird way haha and everyone I saw was just sat on their sofas plastered to their phones with the TV on, it's becoming a sad world. So glad I'm not on IG anymore, came off FB ages ago, and never had twitter to begin with. I feel like people don't know how to talk to people anymore either.
I find this video so funny, I used to be addicted to tikok but now I find it it hurtful and really uncomfortable and I grew out of it by watching more tikok, and I now find sitting and watching things out and my own thoughts more then constantly being distracted. I'm such a degenerate that I grew out of tiktok.
N1 thing I have noticed after stopping to watch tiktok was that i was able to watch like 1 hour of actually interesting video essays on yt and i was unable to do so because of short tiktok brainrot content. (Thats one of many). And still I have to improve more about this thanks to you

I think part of the issue is also environment. Of course there is beauty in everything, but cities or large towns aren’t very good environments for enjoying the simplicity of life and being able to connect with nature. When in the city, you are forced to look up to enjoy the beauty and simplicity of life because there’s too much in front of you and not enough natural things in front of you when you look at your city. The sky, the parks, the cats, and the birds with their voices are really your only options for enjoying nature in that type of environment. So much noise and visual clutter that makes you want it stay in your room instead. You can always travel, but having nature right just outside your home is far better.

Writing, typing and reading are mindless now? 2) Not everything should be spent fulfilling a purpose, spending time with family also doesnt always make u laugh hysterically but its not a red flag. 3) Not everyone is hiding from things, not everyone self improves from leaving their devices. Time should be spent how we want and theres no red flag or no reason to not spend it relaxing our minds. You would rather watch a video that is half entertaining or staring at drywall. This time can be used for self-improvement but what if people just want to relax and do something mindless. Mindless does NOT equal shrinking your brain. Im not hating on ur content im just pointing out some points.

Bro I'm aware of my addiction to video games or watching youtube so much I don't do productive things in a day I dont leave my room I have a violin I play it sometimes I love to play it but this dam' computer drags me in says me even if you dont play games or smth come and watch youtube I don't know what to do I can't take the control because of this computer and I have a exam 4 months later a college exam can you give me some advice and if you will don't forget that the thing you would say might change my life I just need some advice and chatting
One way is to reduce the amount of meals you eat daily. For example, you can go from 3 meals a day to 1 meal a day. Also, try not eating anything after say maybe 7pm in the evening. Drink more water and less sugary drinks like pop, juice, ice cream, etc. You can go for jogging a couple of days per week, do sit-ups, push-ups, pull-ups, and make use of a jump/skip rope as well. You have to be patient as you will not notice the difference until after maybe several months. However, consistency and discipline will go a long way. Peace!
I have adhd diagnosed since 1999 way before such braindamagening social media bs existed. I struggle alot with it and drugs dont help. I allways tried my best and anytime stand up when i was on the ground. Allways i heard realy stupit shit about adhd from ppl not know anything about it. And specialy nowadays its even worse. Adhd ppl are dumb, attentionseeker, lazy, weird, cant handle a conversation, like we all want to look like that. We are not dumb, lazy or looking for attention. We steuggle alot to get stuff done which are basics and easy tasks for non adhd ppl. Its verry frustrating. I think your not one of the ppl talking bs, but please dont use that word in such a way like we are losers who just look for dopamin kicks(from tiktok) by choise. We dont have adhd from socialmedia, our brain functions way diffrent. Its realy a punch in the face anytime and alot of us are fighting day by day more than most other sucesfull ppl
Apologies if it was offensive. I really meant many people are developing “adhd-like symptoms” as a result of excessive TikTok usage. Not that people with genuine ADHD have it because of TikTok. I will be more careful in future.
Dude i believe if you put your mind into it you could reach nirvana, the highest state of consciousness. I see that you have potential to being a conscious being, you see beyond things.
