Crime is about to increase massively due to the lock-down of cities in Pakistan. Staying safe from Corona is probably much safer than it is from Crime.
I have tried to present a little solution to keep your neighbourhood safe.
3 KeyPlayers Required:
Donors: Food or Money
Distribution Centres: Mosques, local administrations etc.
IT folks: App Developers, Web-Programmers
The Plan and Scope is simple:
Each rich area needs to ensure that a poor neighbourhood is kept fed but with some sort of system in place.
You require ample food, local distribution centers, and possibly/additionally some App to keep the inventory information.
This way, people can donate safely, others can collect safely, and the software system can help monitor the demand/supply.
Remember App is not essential, starting to get the food out is, as quick as possible.
This needs to be done before things get bad, once they do, there is no going back.
Once an individual deprived of charity and help chooses to take matters to their own hands, they are less likely to go back to accepting charity.
