So I've kinda tested the sock curls several different ways and here are my tips... 1. I know it's a bit weird, but I find it works better to actually use a pair of workout leggings instead. One leg for each side of your head. 2. Angle it backwards. Start twisting your hair right at your forehead, but as you add more hair, move the socks/leggings behind your ears and towards the back of your neck. This will help the back look better. 3. As you go, dampen your hair slightly with a spray bottle. This is why the athletic leggings are helpful, because the water will absorb into your hair, and help the curls hold better. Hopefully whoever see this gets some better curls ❤️!
I am going to try it with the leggings and maybe even use to pair of leggings cuz my hair is very long, dense and straight. And if I dont forget it I will let everybody know if you can use 2 pair of leggings or sth like that

i just tried it and my scalp 😭 i just know it’s going to fall out in my sleep too 😭😭 Edit: i secured it in place so it WONT fall out in my sleep and it is a lot more comfortable. this better work edit: i forgot about this comment, it worked, i woke up in the middle of the night and took it out. it only worked on one side, but it didn’t look too bad. i think i just needed a bit more practise.
Ur lucky ur hairs straight/wavy I have curly hair and omfg I love it and I'm great full BUT OMFG shit gets tangled mad easy and falls out sm and my hairs thick so alot of money goes into my hair
I used a soft scarf place it on top of your head and clip it using a hair clutch in the middle. Then start wrapping the hair on the scarf on both sides tightly and in the end of the scarf use a rubber and make a tight bun and use some clips if u want and in the morning u will get awesome curls
This was a year ago, but she does. You don’t know what coarse means. Coarse doesn’t mean what you think it does. It literally just means thick and voluminous hair. Just bc her hair is soft doesn’t mean it’s not coarse. Also if her hair isn’t coarse then what is it? Fine thin hair? I’d find it very misleading if she said she had fine hair.
Certain types of oils work wonders. Heat in the microwave for 20 seconds, apply directly to your scalp and just massage the whole head while ur leaning forward (for about 4 mins) to increase blood flow and stimulate hair growth. It also doesn’t hurt to listen to certain frequencies and binaural beats as it’s known to have certain affects on the body :) (oh and eat foods or use supplements that have biotin in it!) good luck :)
