I purchased the Sock Slider for assistance in getting diabetic compression socks on - it does not work and getting the compression sock on the device is terrible. Nice for regular socks but not compression socks.
Bob, thanks for sharing your experience. Yes, we agree, as we stated in the video that this device does not work well for compression socks. If you want to use the sock-slider with (moderate) compression socks, it's helpful to roll the socks on the slider not only up to the heel but right up close to the toe-point. Then you can slide in quite comfortably.

It works well with someone else helping to apply the stockings. We are still researching to find a better way for people who have to do this themselves. Sorry we don’t have a better suggestion as of yet. If you decide to get this or something similar, this is a “small”. Check for calf size for recommendations on appropriate size to order. Would be useless for mens size 14 or 15 because you can't get socks big enough slide on without doing the front then the back and repeating until the sock is on.
